We noticed our 2000 Dodge Ram Diesel Rear Universal Joint was bad after driving it from Yakima, WA to Mill Creek, WA on Father’s Day weekend. We spoke to J&M Diesel that Monday and they were able to get our truck in that morning and had it fixed in 2hrs. I cannot express how appreciative we were. They did a superb and professional job. We are so happy we found a shop over on the ‘West Side’ in case of these emergencies that pop up. Our truck is a 2000 so it’s hard to get parts and find someone willing to work on that old of a truck. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their trucks fixed in a timely and professional manner. Thanks J&M!!!

I’ve taken my 7.3 to several shops over the years, man do I wish I had found these guys first. Mike, Josh & Erick run a top notch shop. My trucks never run better and doesn’t leak a drop of anything. If you want it done once and done right go see these guys. Josh is a master mechanic.

Great place husband took in his new old truck that had been sitting apparently in a field for who knows how long. They had a lot of work on their hands but kept in contact and also gave us quote on how much it would be well before they started! Now will be life J &M Diesel long customers!

These guys made sure I was very well taken care of while I waited for my car to be fixed. Everyone here is friendly and charming and they definitely know what they're doing. Based on how expensive the parts were for my car (and how long it took) they're pricing is more than fair. J&M will always be my first choice as long as I have a Ford diesel.

These guys have the right stuff! I had a bad EGR valve engine code on my Chevy 3500 Duramax diesel over Labor Day weekend while towing a fifth wheel through the greater Seattle area. The nature of this code is such that the truck will start throttling speeds if the problem isn't corrected, so our vacation was basically derailed. I explained the situation to Mike and while almost all his techs were out on jobs or taking a couple of extra days of vacation, he said "pull it in" and they started working on it. They studied the diagnostics, cleared the codes and ran additional tests to isolate the problem, then ordered the parts and got started. As we chatted, it was clear they were equally comfortable with Fords, Dodges and marine diesels. The EGR valve was in an impossibly inaccessible spot, but these guys have a "whatever it takes" attitude and overcame every hurdle to complete the valve replacement. We were repaired in an amazing 2 days, which was incredible given the magnitude of the job...and the bill was very reasonable. There are lots of shops, but if you want guys who really know their engines and are determined problem-solvers, then this is the place. My thanks to Mike and crew...good people doing good work.
