We had our vehicle serviced and got there a little bit early. They had our vehicle in before the appointment time and done early. They were courteous and didn’t try to pressure us into doing anything else. Thank you for taking care of us.

We purchased used Infiniti pretty much sight in seen. Except for few minor issues like dent on rear bumper, $599 charge for theft prevention GPS and missing second remote key transition was great and seamless. Sales rep Javier was awesome to work with. I hope they let the potential buyer know about $599 charge before they make offer. They provided second remote key few days later.

My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for the last 6 months or so. We are happy to have met Javier and his manager at Infiniti of Lynnwood. They did everything they could to make sure we walked away Happy and with no regret with the deal we received. I'd recommend these guys for anybody who is looking for a painless and enjoyable car buying experience. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I had a great experience with Infinity of Lynnwood. No pressure sales and easy to work with. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive when I got there. Great answering questions and being genuine, not pushy. I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend and appreciate their service.

By far the best auto service group I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Impressively professional and lighthearted, they made a very complicated and serious issue with my vehicle manageable. Worth driving the two hours to have my car taken care of by this team. Would give 6 stars if I could.

If I could give a Zero star I would. Do not trust any sales or service person at Infiniti of Lynnwood. They are pathological liars. The salesman told me that they had Audi had looked at the car & it was okay. I took the car to Audi a couple days later & it needed a couple thousand dollars for work that should have been caught by the dealer & fixed before it was sold. The money to fix the Audi was paid by the service warranty. We sold the car & the service warranty company took the cost to fix the car out of what I should have been given back. There's so much more that can be said about these pathological liars, but that will ve said on another bad review.

We purchased our car two years ago from Infiniti Of Lynnwood, I have taken it there for several oil changes, and a blown tire. Most recently we had a seatbelt issue that was handled quickly and professionally. We’ve always had great service whenever we’ve gone in! Thank you so much for taking care of your customers.

The only reason for a 5 star rating is that there isn't 6 stars!Hands down one of the best car buying experiences of my life.I found a car on-line and flew in to buy it, they picked me up at the airport and had everything ready (including a full tank of gas).My sales person was Victor Gutierrez, he was knowable and professional. I was in and out of the dealership quickly but with all questions answered.Highly recommend !

I always have great Service experiences at Infiniti of Lynnwood. When I arrive, everyone is prompt, polite, and considerate. The wait time is short, and waiting in their lounge with good coffee and snacks is nice. My latest Service was terrific, the Service assistants contacted me to schedule a valet pickup and drop off of my car for service. This saved me from any inconvenience of taking time off work to drive to the Service Center and had no wait time and it is a great service. Service also applied a discount coupon I did not know about and had a nice surprise when I was contacted for payment that the price was reduced and less than what I was quoted. My kind of surprise.Service followed up with me after service was complete and the next day to ensure I was happy with the service and that everything was going well. I really can not think of one thing that would have made the service easier or betterService stays in contact with me and lets when know when the next service is needed, so I don’t have to put on my calendar or remember.I tell all my friends of the great Service from Infiniti of Lynnwood and how much I love my Q50.The service they get from their car service centers does not compare.Customer service has gone away in so many areas, but not at Infiniti of Lynnwood, Keep up the good work!

I towed my vehicle on a Saturday evening. First thing on Monday morning, I received an email notification confirming that my vehicle is scheduled for a service. A couple of hours later I called to enquire in the status. I was told that by end of day, I will know the issue with full details. Instead, I got a text message (not a call) saying that it is getting delayed and I will know only on Tuesday. Due to other possibly scheduled service, I was completely okay with it. On Tuesday afternoon, I received a list of issues to be fixed through email and text. Again no phone call to explain what was going on for $3000 worth of issues to be fixed (excellent customer care!). I am at the receiving end so I called to enquire. I was told there was a crack in my radiator and a new radiator must be installed and a test must be performed to make sure there are ‘no other issues’ although he was almost certain that there were no issues! This was insane that an infinity service company cannot say what a going on with my QX50 holistically. I was promised that the radiator will arrive on Wed and car ready by no later than Thu morning/afternoon. I requested for a discount/promo to be applied on this massive bill to which the service advisor agreed to look in to it. On Thu afternoon, I got a text (no call) to say that the radiator has not arrived and it’s going to take time. I had plans for Friday afternoon as I was promised for a vehicle delivery by Thu afternoon! I was disappointed and frustrated as I didn’t have a car for almost a week now and the service advisor was completely insensitive to his ability to keep up with the promise and providing a better upfront notification. After expressing my dissent he apologized and agreed to deliver my car by no later than Fri 3-3:30. On Friday, I got a call from another service advisor, which I missed. He left a voicemail saying my car is ready. At the time of pickup, a third representative who helped to check me out looked in to the notes to say the original service advisor didn’t have any notes to offer a discount/promo. She was kind enough to offer a $150 discount for ~$3300 invoice! After picking the vehicle I noticed that the automatic window roll up was not working anymore! They screwed it up. Man, I was done at this time! I mentioned to the service advisor promising not to return anymore. She apologized and told that her service director would reach out, which I don’t know whether they will. I will go to a different service center to fix the auto roll up on my window. I am not going back here again!

Staff were professional, pleasant and i had timely updates on the status of my vehicle's repair. I was able to use my after market warranty smoothly and effortlessly. The technician was very thorough with a whole vehicle inspection that puts my mind at ease knowing the overall status of my vehicle.
