I had to wait quite a while for the tow, so service was closed buy the time I got there. So I had to wait until Monday. They got on fixing the car so I could get back to Oregon. I was happy with fixing my car and all the people I delt with were very helpful and I would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly atmosphere in both the sales and service shops. Both were extremely clean and the lounge was very nice to relax and wait in. Shout out in particular my new service agent Marlaina. She did a superb job helping me with my service.

I recently purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. During the purchase, the salesperson, Javier, informed me that the bank required a special paint treatment for the vehicle in order to finance the purchase. They charged me $1,800 for this so-called requirement. However, after speaking directly with the bank a few days later, they confirmed that they never require such treatments. It appears to be a dishonest tactic by the sales staff to inflate their commissions.
What’s most frustrating is discovering that the paint treatment, which supposedly cost $1,800, is available at AutoZone for just $29.99. This kind of practice is not only misleading but also outright theft from the consumer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I especially would not recommend dealing with Javier, whose behavior shows him to be nothing more than a common thief.
It's unacceptable that a dealership of this size allows such scams to be perpetrated on their customers. I wonder how many others have had their money stolen in this way. I will never trust them again, and I strongly suggest others steer clear as well.

We’ve been taking our FX50 to Lynnwood Infiniti since we moved to WA in 2018 from CA. They have been consistently professional and meticulous with the care of our car. I have done every service and maintenance visit with them, even my tires and have found their prices to be competitive to others. I like knowing that the Infiniti company is behind all the parts and work on my car. I highly recommend them.
Update: Still recommend this dealership and and Infiniti. Decided to have the brakes replaced as I plan to keep my 2010 FX 50 for as many years as it will be care free. I was surprised that credit card payments would incur a 3% service fee; I guess more businesses are doing this. Was pleasantly surprised that they provide Lyft rides to wherever you want to go; a nice touch. Still recommend. 7/2023
Update #2 - Infiniti continues to provide service and advice I depend on. They don’t “up sell” me but rather, they give me sound advice to keep me wanting to hang on to my 14 yo FX50; by far the best car we’ve ever owned. Getting excellent service from Joel and this dealership for years!
