If I could give a Zero star I would. Do not trust any sales or service person at Infiniti of Lynnwood. They are pathological liars. The salesman told me that they had Audi had looked at the car & it was okay. I took the car to Audi a couple days later & it needed a couple thousand dollars for work that should have been caught by the dealer & fixed before it was sold. The money to fix the Audi was paid by the service warranty. We sold the car & the service warranty company took the cost to fix the car out of what I should have been given back. There's so much more that can be said about these pathological liars, but that will ve said on another bad review.

I had the pleasure of working with Javier the entire time my wife and I were in the middle of a move and on a time crunch. Javier consistently made it easy for us, getting everything done in a timely manner with no trouble. we had an incredible first experience in Washington and we owe it to him and Infiniti of Lynwood. we would 100% recommend this business and Javier to anyone looking for a great car and even better customer service

When my Infiniti JX35 finally had a repair that was more than it's worth, Victor expertly showed me a series of cars leading to the exact right fit for me, my budget, and my family. Thank you to the service department and Victor's team for excellent, caring, and thoughtful service.

UPDATE: The GM finally called me back and said "Actually had new brakes on order but sold the car before they could be installed"... Couple days later they replaced just the rear brakes for me. I'll take it, thank you for ultimately doing the right thing!

Great customer service! I like how you can schedule your service appointments online and choose if you are dropping off, will need a ride or waiting for your vehicle. If you choose to wait like I did, there is a very comfortable client lounge with an array of complimentary snacks and drinks. They also do not leave you waiting too long without checking on you to make sure you're comfortable and to provide any updates. If any additional repairs/concerns are encountered, they will give you full disclosure and estimates, as well as what may need more urgent attention and what can wait until later. Your vehicle is returned to you fully serviced and clean and at a reasonable price.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Not a big showroom. It would have been good if they had Wheel alignment facility in-house.

Great experience working with sales and financing at Infiniti of Lynnwood. The only reason I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because when we contacted them, the internet price was not the price they were asking for. When we called them, they said the price was MSRP ($8k higher). We have never had that experience before, and we purchased vehicles at other dealerships. The internet price has always been the actual sales price. Finally, they lowered their price to the internet price (which was the right thing to do). They said it was an input error. Not our problem. After negotiations, we did trade in our 2016 Infiniti sedan for a new large SUV. Adam was our Salesperson. Jason was the Sales Manager. Mario was the Finance Manager. Adam met us halfway at Centralia, as we live in Vancouver, WA. The switch, us driving our new SUV home, and Adam driving our trade in back to Lynnwood, went smoothly. We have owned mostly Nissans and Infinitis the past several decades. They are beautiful, reliable cars. Less pricey than Toyotas and Lexus cars/SUVs. There's only one Infiniti dealership close to us (in Beaverton), but they haven't had the model and colors we were looking for in a large, new Infiniti SUV. We had been looking at the Infiniti dealerships online at Bellevue and in Tacoma (Fife). But the price, model, and colors (exterior and interior) were what we were looking for at Infiniti of Lynnwood, and they gave us a reasonable trade in value for our 2016 Infiniti sedan. Because of our credit, we were able to get the lowest car loan interest rate offered in the State of Washington. All-in-all, a good experience. For those not wanting to buy a brand new car (as they do tend to be pricey), consider Certified Pre-owned cars. We purchased one of our Infiniti sedans in the past this way. My mom loved the colors and model so much, she talked me into selling it to her at loan balance. It was a 2006 Infiniti M35X (AWD). The other large SUV we thought of was a Lincoln Navigator. But we prefer "Made in Japan" vehicles, based on our past experiences. Plus, the new Lincoln Navigators are over $100k with the same features as a new Infiniti QX80. That's just too much to pay for an SUV. Our second car is a 2007 Lincoln Navigator that we drive around town. Our new Infiniti QX80 are for road trips. Yes, gas is expensive. But we feel more safe and comfortable in a large, luxury SUV. We don't like the new Cadillac Escalade lights, or the new Lexus grill. It's a matter of taste. We're all unique in what we like, and don't like. The only large, luxury SUV we liked is the Toyota Landcruiser, but it isn't sold in the USA. And even if it were, it would most likely cost more than the Infiniti Luxe QX80 AWD. We LOVE our new Infiniti QX80. Beautiful. Solid. Smooth. Quiet. Comfortable with luxurious touches. We bought the Luxe model in white and light (off-white) interior. All the safety features we wanted. Excellent stereo. Lovely accents. Worth the price. Our next large, luxury SUV will probably be a Hybrid If they ever make them in the large, luxury models. Many, many years from now. Probably when we retire. Not in the foreseeable future though. We will check with Infiniti of Lynnwood when that time comes. CHEERS!

Hands down the best car purchasing experience I have had (and I have bought many cars). The team at Infiniti of Lynnwood, from the Mechanic to the GM, was first class. They could not have done more to make purchasing a car easier. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car check them out.
