Lynnwood FitTheorem is a place to be. I really enjoy there 5 am classes - it works great with my working schedule. Coaches are amazing and they will really push you out of your comfort zone! You will feel stronger and happier after workouts! If you love kickboxing, this is the place to be!

I had a great experience during the six week challenge with FITT. They edited the challenge to better fit what my body needed, and it was a fun and challenging experience overall. Ryan was a great help as a nutrition coach as changing my diet was definitely what helped me be successful the most. The classes are fun and I haven’t sweated that much in years. Coach Patience led a super engaging and fun weight training class and her personal engagement made me feel welcome when I first started coming to classes. All of the coaches are great people and I would recommend anyone try to six week challenge if they are wanting to give kickboxing a chance and want to better themselves. They did take a while to give me the deposit back on my challenge but that is an issue with the billing department (that hopefully improves for future participants) but isn’t the fault of the trainers and Ryan was a big advocate in helping me receive my deposit back.

FitTheorem's 6 week challenge was a game changer for me and my fitness journey! Even as a second time participant, I was equipped with new strategies to help me become my best self. Coach Ryan was amazing creating a nutrition plan specifically for me and my current situation, always open to any questions I had and supporting me in my pursuit of my goals, and gave tips about how to adjust my nutrition regimen beyond the 6 week challenge so I could continue my progress. Lastly a huge shout out to the entire staff as everyone was incredibly motivating and they made each class fun to take part in. I would definitely recommend FitTheorem and their 6-week challenge to anyone searching for a way to improve their fitness level while also having a great time!

I started my experience with FitTheorem doing the six weeks challenge and it was a great experience for myself , i learned a lot about how to eat better , I really like the classes and loved all the coaches and by the end of the six weeks I got the best results that I ever got it in a short time . Definitely recommended to give it a try

I recently completed the 6 week challenge in Lynnwood and would highly recommend as it really provided the motivation I needed to reach my weight loss goals. Their ‘free’ 6-week challenge requires a $799 accountability deposit which is refundable if you reach the agreed upon goal (mine was 6% body fat loss).All the coaches I’ve had the pleasure of working with were friendly, energetic, and helpful. I attended the evening classes, so I had worked with coaches Cray, Natalie, and Danielle the most. The coaches do a wonderful job to push you hard, so you can expect to feel sore. I enjoyed the fact that classes were varied and targeted different areas. Coach Patience was whom I had my weekly consults with and she was always vigilant to make sure that I was progressing well to reach my goals. She’s bright, bubbly, and a joy to meet with each week.Since completing the challenge, I’ve had more energy and fit my clothes better. I’ve received numerous compliments on my weight loss as well my toned physique. It was hard increasing my water intake, but I tried my hardest and definitely felt the benefits. I did a few days of fasting during the challenge and noticed that it didn’t provide the best results. From this, I’ve learned that my body needs carbs and fats to burn weight and to keep my metabolism up. I’ve started to incorporate more water throughout my days and have been working hard to ensure I eat an adequate amount of protein, carbs, and fat each meal. I plan to continue eating better and working hard utilizing everything I had learned at FitTheorem!

I just finished the 6 week challenge!Honestly, before joining FitTheorem, I didn’t believe it when people said that they got all of their fitness needs through kickboxing. I’m also the type of person who likes to change up my workouts all the time, so I thought that by doing "just" kickboxing would get boring to me. Boy was I wrong! Between the strength training, kickboxing, and elements class (my favorite!) and the different styles of each coach, there is something a little different every time. I get an amazing (and exhausting) workout with even just one hour of kickboxing. It’s also really therapeutic to just wail on a punching bag sometimes. ?Going into this challenge, I knew I didn't have much weight to lose (I was already pretty healthy), but I am so glad I stuck with it!I lost a pretty consistent 1% body fat each week and reached the 6% goal! (6.1% to be exact ?). I am already happier with the way I feel in my body and with my goals, and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey. I now have more confidence, motivation, and knowledge than I did when I first walked in the door. Plus I now have an encouraging community to journey with!Thank you to my nutrition coach, Ryan, who is super knowledgeable and answered all of my silly questions and stresses, and kept me on track. And huge shout out to all of the FitTheorem coaches and my fellow FitTheorem members! You are all awesome and I couldn't have done it without your energy! ?

** just wanted to add a little extra love on here. I broke my wrist only 2 months after starting at the studio (broke it falling on stairs, not at the studio just to be clear). I had to take almost 3 months off after getting into a great rhythm of 4 days a week workouts. Heartbreaking. When I returned mid-February Danielle and Gabie (Major G) were amazing! They went above and beyond to customize my workouts so I protected my wrist while still kicking my butt right back into fighting shape. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot say enough about how special this space is **Absolutely love this place! I was in the 7pm fighting class last night and had a blast. It was extremely challenges, the coach was hilarious and high energy, and she knew exactly when and how to push me. I’m excited to explore the other options soon.

Patience helped set me up for the 6 weeks challenge. She was very informative and gave me all the info I needed to start my journey for weight loss and transformation! Can’t wait to see the results. Highly recommend to get on with the challenge!

Friendly staff who help with technique and push you to your limits. Tons of motivation and great ambience during workouts. The only downfall I saw was getting a quote of 150 over the phone for the six week program, then finding out it was almost 800 in person.
