The staff was very friendly, polite and respectful. They were also helpful and provided very nice breakfast and fixed stuff that needed repair. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was grateful to stay there while it lasted because I had nowhere else to go to. The only problems I had there had to do with electricity issues that still haunt my electronics, and the awful restaurant smell constantly coming in through the windows, aside from the baseball players’ bat noise every weekend. My email that seemed to be an electronic issue of the time was fixed or changed from Hotmail to outlook by the front desk customer service worker per his offer to work on that, and ever since, it attracted more spam than a loose fugitive wanted by the FBI

The facilities are average, the service is terrible, having canceled the room for six days they denied us entry just because the lady who attended us and checked us in forgot that we had to sign a form, so they left our things closed in the room and it was not He allowed us entry. But they didn't want to return the money either.Rooms: The room they assigned us does not have heating. I do not recommend it

The prices for the rooms at the front desk compared with online companies were extremely higher. They did not offer any flexibility in pricing, so we ended up reserving the rooms online through middle companies( Expedia)while we were in their hotel lobby, which was exhausting. The TV didn't work on the first night because of the remote control, and we had to get the phone fixed. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and one of the beds sagged in the middle. We had a difficult time sleeping there. The room floor was not clean, and we couldn't walk barefoot because no slippers were available either. There was also dust under the beds nad behind the TV. I figured that out when I was trying to fix the TV myself. I don't think I will go there again.

You wouldn't know it, but in the conference rooms they have events here. I found one on Facebook and we really enjoyed ourselves which is why I can't rate the rooms, but from the look of it this is an average motel, but the events are what I would look into attending at this place. I wouldn't be surprised if the receptionist knew of the upcoming events here.

I stayed here and the guy at the front desk was like. No guest allowed at all.And then when I went to check out before he gave me my deposit back. He had to run to the room and inspect it.I don't know, it was like a really weird hotel. It was like walking into the twilight zone.Now don't get me wrong it had a great price the rooms were clean.

The Elevator is not working and cause a lot of issue during our stay . She offer to cancel the reservation, but so hard to find another place in the last minute. No good coffee at the room, breakfast just bannana and cake

Exquisite decor and interior, very nice staff and hard working owners. Looking forward to the breakfast option come-back. Croissants and milk would be nice! For the price, can’t be beat. Area is safe and close to Trader Joe’s and Business Costco!

I have stayed at Hotel International many times and enjoyed it, and given them good reviews. Not this time. I had a bad experience - which happens from time to time anywhere - but it's now they dealt with it that matters...or rather how they DIDN'T deal with it. Two emails addressing my concerns went unanswered, so I called them. The gist of the call was: "We checked, the AC was working, too bad if you didn't like it; we don't know why the wifi wasn't working; if you didn't like it you should have told us right away, so too bad, so sad." Well, we got back to the room at midnight so it wasn't feasible to move rooms, but I did tell them when we checked out. I found the manager's tone on the phone dismissive and condescending - he interrupted me and it was obvious he didn't care about my concerns and didn't care if he lost a customer. He'll lose more than one customer, as I have referred many people to them, and I'll be sure to tell them how poorly we were treated. There are many other options in the Lynnwood area, for similar prices, where you can have a much better stay.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. Super sweet but the lady who was at the desk in the morning was so rude that it ruined it for us... She falsely accused us of smoking in the room to keep our deposit. The blankets smelled like they were already slept in, there was DQ trash under the bed, Then while we were in the parking lot, a lady had asked for directions, and while were tryin to help this lady, the front desk lady came out and yelled at us that we had to leave. After we paid $210 to stay for 5 hours. The older lady who checked us in is the only good thing about this hotel. So sad that they are in the business of stealing people's deposits.Rooms: Needed to be cleaned. There was obviously leftovers from the last guests.Noteworthy details: They will steal your deposit.

Outdated place AC not working and noisy / water pressure is very low/ uncomfortable bed/ toilet seat is for babies does not fit an adult/ they enter the room even if you have no disturb outside..Finally rude aggressive staff who will try to rip off your security deposit NOT SAFE TO DEAL WITH OR EVEN LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THEMREAD ALL REVIEWS ABOUT DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU BOOK
