Carpeting is dirty and smelly; location near the mall is ok but you have to turn left on a busy street to get there. 15 minutes from the Boeing facility was a plus. Dresser drawers barely work. 6 floors to service with 3 elevators would be a plus, if all 3 were in working order. This evening none of them worked. You have to pay for your parking, if you don't have the Boeing corporate code. Breakfast is microwaved or steamed food; chips, salsa, yogurt & beer served on Wednesday evening "happy hour". Hallways smell of something dirty or musty. When something is broken maintenance is slow to react, if they react at all. Management always says, "this is the first I heard there was a problem.

Usually a great spot ... but we had zero cleaning service. We could accept that cleaning happens every other day if it actually happened. Staff reported that we had our "do not disturb" out. We placed it on the dishwasher so it didn't accidentally get put out by our kids. So we know this was a lie. When we called to ask for clean towels on the second day, it took hours and multiple calls. We didn't have any service the 4th day either. We didn't bother calling. I'm guessing the large group that was there at the same time took precedent over all the other guests. Breakfast was awful, booming music from courtyard (party for said large group), rarely saw someone at the front desk, etc contributed to a very disappointing stay. We will definitely take our five night stay somewhere else next time.
This was a great location central to things we were doing. But sadly, that's the only positive for this stay. Yes, it was summer busy season but we expect better from Homewood!

I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Lynnwood, WA. The staff was friendly and the amenities were ok.
However, I must mention a safety concern. During my visit I got bitten by a dog that is owned by another resident in hotel. resulting in a puncture wound. While such incidents can be unavoidable, I recommend that the hotel management address safety matters promptly to ensure a safer environment for all guests.

We checked in on July6th at 5:30 pm and told our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 7 pm maybe later due to having to do a deep clean. We were with our young kids. Then the employee said he was out of rooms so we would have to have two separate rooms (at no extra charge) even though we had reserved and paid months prior. A baseball team was unloading at the same time and a couple beside us were told they wouldn’t be able to stay in the same room. One of our rooms was dirty with a used towel and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Our family vacation was now split between two rooms that didn’t connect. The hotel pool, where we went to be together, was a mess from the baseball team with every pool towel available left all over the pool deck, used bandages beside the pool and more water out of the pool than in it. The hallway carpet outside was soaked. Not only that but the team was beyond loud Despite being told that the room deposit would be refunded since we never once wanted two rooms, I’m still dealing with Hilton customer service to have the $500 returned and they’re saying they have no record of our stay. This has been the worst experience for my family. We will never stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. And the location was very convenient. These two things are the big reason for 2 stars instead of 1 star. Service and location were 5 stars for us.
With that being said; Hilton should reconsider how they approach pet friendly hotels (or at least this one). The 5th floor smelled like urine the moment you stepped off the elevator and carried into our room (or possibly was in our room). While the outdated furniture was not a bother for us, the doors, carpet, curtains, and furniture being scratched up from previous pets were. We also found pet food in the pull out couch and hair left in the shower.
I am all for pet friendly hotels having a dog myself. However, extra measures and care should be taken so it doesn't feel/look/smell like you are at a kennel. Again, the service and staff were great. They also had a delicious breakfast.

At time of arrival, room was not ready.
After checking into our 2 queen beds one bedroom suite with living room & full kitchenette, no cooking utensils nor cutlery available. Cupboards handles were full of dust.
Although we requested daily housekeeping, it was not done at all. The staff at the front desk even bargained with us to have a so-called "FOCUS SERVICE" every other day.
On the day of SCHEDULED HOUSEKEEPING, beds were not made up to standard; toiletry supplies, towels & coffee/tea were not replenished; toilet & tun were not cleaned.
Poor breakfast quality; some of the dining room staff showed attitudes when we asked her to clean up the dirty table from previous guests.
We are extremely disappointed at the Hilton brand since it was bought by the Mainland Chinese. The quality of services has deteriorated so much that we begin to change our membership to Marriot brand regardless we are gold & diamond members!

A solid 4 stars. It’s a great place to stay close to shopping and restaurants. It was a great location, the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week and they all said hello to me every day. I reserve my 5th star for luxury hotels that have those extra special touches.

Stayed here for a month with my family of 3 in a studio suite after we experienced a fire that damaged our belongings.
The amount of space was so nice to have. We had to stay for such a long time that it made things easier for everyone not to be in tight quarters while under a stressful time period.
The breakfast is good with a wide selections. The waffles are delicios, and there are a lot of items to make them extra tasty, like chocolate chips, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. The taco bar isn't much to rave about. There's a selection of cereals, muffins, bagels and breads for toasting, oatmeal, yogurt and granola. There's usually scrambled and boiled eggs, a pork meat option, and either potato's and/or rice.
Wednesday dinner is always chicken noodle, salad, and the taco bar from breakfast.
The room service is kind of spotty. We had to ask for our service to happen often. We had pets with us, and trying to schedule for them to come in while we could crate the animals, didn't often work within the time frame given. We got minimal service even though we requested full each time.
The laundry is expensive. $7 to wash & dry not including soap- which you also pay for.
The offered snacks in the lobby are also very over priced (ex: $11 for a box of poptarts) The pool isn't often overly crowded, so you can get some nice swim time in. There's a TV room with a pool table that we only have seen used once.
The front desk receptionists are all nice and were able to help when asked. The weekday morning crew is especially friendly and welcoming. It's wheelchair accessible. The pool also has accessories to make it accessible. There's 3 elevators and wide doors to and in the room. (My 6'2 spouse would rave to you about the wide doorways)
The location couldn't be better. Right next to Fred meyers, Target, Kohls, The Alderwood Mall, The Keg Steakhouse, Costco, and The Cheesecake factory. A short drive to multiple banks, gas stations and 196th or 164th where you can find more food and grocery options. Immediately next to I-5 and a quick ramp to I-405
All in all it was a good stay and we would come again.

On call room service could be better and more timely, otherwise maintenance and stay was good.
Rooms: Decent rooms with basic amenities, no bathtub in our king size bed room
Food & drinks: Some good restaurants around, don't recommend breakfast.. could be better

I would have given 5 stars except that the furniture was so worn out and dirty, it really took away from the experience. Staff was top notch! They say rooms cleaned every other day, but cleaned ours nearly every day. Anything we needed, they delivered on. With the exception of the furniture and thevery poor internet, very nice stay. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices.
