Be aware, their address is NOT the same as if shows on Yelp. They have a different address which is in south Lynnwood. Other than the address issue, I really think this place does an amazing job with car detailing. I took my girlfriends RAV4 in here to be detailed for Mother's Day and they did such a good job! Her car was pretty nasty and when we picked it up it honest to god looked like a brand new car. The inside and outside was like it rolled off the factory floor. All the employees were friendly and they responded to my emails within minutes. Making a reservation was super easy, and drop off/pick up was easy as well. It's pricy, but they do a great job here!

Worth every penny! We brought home some cats from the shelter recently and one had an accident on the drive and nothing we did made a dent, so I bit the bullet to get the car detailed. It had endured a move from California, several adventures, and hauled plants around, so it REALLY needed work. I set up an appointment and walked them through what needed attention and was quoted a VERY fair price for the labor I was requesting and was told to come back the next day. When I came to pick up, the car looked better than it had in YEARS and the pet odor was completely gone. Lupita at the front desk was so kind and made sure I was happy and helped me make sure the smell was truly gone. The cost is high, but the quality is higher. As soon as I can afford it, I'll be bringing the other car in for it's turn!

My kids trashed my interior of my suv. I went to get it detailed. They did such a great job. I was so impressed how they made my interior look like new again. I didn't think they could do that. I recommend them for any clean up. I thought mine couldn't be cleaned but they sure did. Thanks

Highly recommend. My husband took my three year old car in for detailing. I swear it looks better now than when it was brand new!! It's emasculate. You could eat off the engine!! Hubs says the staff was professional, super friendly and worked efficiently - and quickly. . We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend him. My mini cooper has been weird sound from break side after the other mechanic took my car to take a look. I couldn't trust him. Luckily I found here, Premium automotive, Andy and he found what is the problem of that sound. OMG. that was because of caliper bolts missing. I can't believed that how it happened. I suspect that previous mechanic has something wrong with him. on the other hand, Premium automotive is so amazing and professional. Andy save my life. I really appreciated.

You guys are Awesome Great Service Great Price. I drive for Lyft and had an incident on a Friday night, "not pretty" Henry got me in the next day for a rush job that was completed and out the door later that day.. Ty guys

Supper service. I had purchased a Groupon and gone to a neighboring business by mistake. The neighboring business refused the groupon and did not direct me to the correct place. Fortunately the great guys at Premium Auto called to see if something had come up since I was late for the appointment. I was embarrassed for making this mistake. The guys at Premium Automotive were great and invited me back. They took good care of me and my car and I appreciate them.

Henry's did an amazing job cleaning my car. It looks and smells brand new. They were able to get my car in quicker than any other shops I called and had a very fair price. I will be a returning customer

Quality Quality Quality --- paint peeling off My car (Camry 2016) was replaced with new OEM rare bumper cover and paint work at the end of April, 2019 in this shop. I found that the paint started peeling off on it at the end of December, 2019. During this period, I used my car for commute only. There was on damage, no scratch, and even no car wash. I talked with the manager in the shop and asked for fix or rework. He refused doing it because I paid in cash and cash offer has no warranty. I was happy on how quickly the replacement and painting work was done. I was waiting for just 2 hours and got back the car. ** I am unhappy and disappointed on the quality and service 1. I was not told that paying in cash had no warranty. They argued that it's a cash deal. So a cash deal deserves worse quality? 2. It doesn't make sense to me that the painting on the new cover lasts only a couple of months and started peeling off. It is spreading out. 3. Folks in the shop are enthusiastic to you when starting a business but reluctant to solve problems or conflicts. They asked me to learn from mistakes (i.e. paying in cash) Some professionals told me that sanding on the cover and primer paint are necessary. It looks like it's missed (picture 2). Or possibly too quick job (from **) caused the quality issue. I am raising the concern on technology and craftsmanship in this shop. In conclusion, I am unhappy and very disappointed on the quality and service

Great place, Chris and Kurt are super knowledgeable, I took my car there after getting quotes from multiple shops and their prices were about 1/2 compared to the other shops, they are very honest and will only fix what needs fixing.

Fantastic auto repair! The owner (?) Chris was friendly, knowledgeable about my type of car and the repairs needed and IMO, trustworthy. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and even took the time to repair additional items that he noticed needed attention. He didn't start the repairs until we had a conversation about it. As a woman with limited car repair knowledge, I felt very secure and comfortable with the information he was gave. No fast talk. His prices are also affordable. Definitely run your car by his shop and get a quote before taking your car to the dealership. They also focused 100% on my car and got it repaired within two days. Lynnwood is a ways from my home in Issaquah but for efficient, honest and affordable repairs...I don't mind making the trip and luckily my AAA tow package allowed up to 90 miles. I pray I don't have anymore repairs anytime soon but If I do, I will give him a call.

Excellent service, prompt, friendly and reasonable prices. Seriously, what more could you want? I have an SUV and the idiot light (Check Engine) came on just as my tags were to expire plus I was required to have an emissions test. Of course I wouldn't pass with a Check Engine code and these guys took me in on the spot (per recommendation from Les Schwab down the street). They fixed the problem, changed my oil (full synthetic), rotated my tires, inspected my brakes and topped off all fluids as well as an overall quick inspection (just like the dealers do) noting any issues all in the same day allowing me to get my license plate renewal tabs on the last day of the month when they were to expire! EXCELLENT WORK ALL AT A REASONABLE PRICE! I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend you give H&H a try even if it's a bit out of your way. Talk to Chris and reference this post.

We highly recommend this place!!! We are from out of town and needed to have a vehicle inspection for a prospective car purchase. At short notice, John Luke was available to help us. He and his co-worker thoroughly inspected the vehicle and John Luke explained the report line by line, giving us the best and worst case scenarios with cost estimates for each item, even though we wouldn't be having the work done there because we were driving back to eastern Washington. Premium Automotive was exactly what we needed in the short time we had available at an excellent price!
