Chose Harvey’s for the price. $70 tune up who can beat that! But now feel like I paid $70 for an incomplete tune. My wheels are still untrue, my rear brake is nice and tight but my front is just as loose as before. My chain still has alot of gunk on it and the rear hub rubbing issue I had told them about is still present. $70 for half a break job and a bike shine.
I felt like there was a big language barrier. While telling the front man about the rear hub rubbing issue, he said, “we take apart everything and oil it”. No way that happened.
Website must have been made by someone else besides the mechanics because there’s just no way I had a lateral and dish wheel trueing done or shifting adjustment.
Could have taken that money and went to Greggs or REI, spent a little more, and had it done correctly. Lesson learned.
Not a good LBS. Super cheap parts for sale and way over cluttered.

I am a disabled guy and needed a seat for my mobility device. Called Harvy up and went on over. He fixed me up good and filled my tires. He even helped me get the thing in and out of my truck!

I called to see if they had a specific bike I was looking for. When I asked if the person on the phone could give me a range of approx how many bikes they had in that size he was so short and rude. He just said they had many. Then when I asked if he could tell me what brand bike he had in that size he hung the phone up on me. If there were negative stars for customer service this guy would get them.

Small shop filled to the brim. Very friendly and courteous. Brought 2 bikes in with no appointment. They repaired a gear shift on one and tuned up both of the bikes in a day. Only fixed what was needed to be fixed. About half the price quoted to me by another shop.

Brought in a used bike bike for new grips on the bare, and a new seat mount, the workers were incredibly kind and didn’t push any expensive extras on us, wonderful experience.
