Don't buy from Harris Ford if you need a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop for repairs. We bought a 95K truck in May of 2023 and it has 8K miles on it and the transmission went out. They said they only have 1 transmission mechanic so they will have our truck for about 2 weeks. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told that they do not do that anymore so I am without a vehicle until our truck is fixed. So we are making a huge payment on a vehicle we don't have and I'm stuck without a vehicle. We will never buy another vehicle from Harris Ford. Our daughter has my 2016 crosstrek and when we take it into Carter Subaru even just for a oil change we are given a car right off the lot no problem. Subaru takes great care of their customers. Harris Ford just wants to sale you a very expensive vehicle then after that they don't care about the customer. Very frustrating and disappointing. They don't like to answer calls and it takes forever for someone to return your calls. Just beware before buying from Harris Ford. They are not easy to work with and they do not care about you after they make the sale.

Contacted them multiple times (At least 4x) through their website's chat about getting recall work done. Every time they said someone would call me back to schedule but no one ever did

Typical old school dealer, they pulled all their old tricks and lost a customer.My experience: went to check Mach-E, even though I had appointment they couldnt find my details and asked an intern to help me after some wait. Appreciate the kid for helping us, however he had limited knowledge about EVs. I was kind of willing to get the Mach-E, however for some reason the manager thought I am just window shopping and didnt take me seriously. I asked for discounts/deals, but he told its msrp like Tesla. Because of the overall experience I decided to get tesla instead, so when I was about to leave, the manager told me about possible discounts and lowering price. Had he told me this upfront and took me seriously I might have ended up getting a mac-e.I wish these dealers make things transparent and standardize the pricing.

Just another fish in the frying pan. I was called to see if I was still in the market for a vehicle. Complete waste of time, and yet another slew of hard inquiries that will effect my credit score from this dealership. I'm in the 700's by the way. The offer on my trade was laughable. I can't even stress enough they aren't here to help the majority of consumers who can actually afford a car note, because if they were in the business of being straight shooters, they'd finance through there own department to build relationships with its consumers. Strike 3, I'd suggest going to Bellevue Ford, or Titus in Tacoma for your Ford purchases

They will say anything to make a sale. I always want a loaner when in service center. I was told if i buy a service contract i will get a loner car. I just had to ask my sales guy Eric, i bought the car from. but always for recalls, service would automatically give me a loaner. It seems after spending 72K the loaner car won't happen even for a recall service. It sucks a large auto dealer allows the sales staff to lie. I will never trust Hairis Ford or ever go back for a new car

Called about a car I saw online at their dealership. Salesman said he couldn't find it even after I gave him the vin #. He tried to get me to come look at a different car that was more expensive and not what I wanted. Didn't seem remotely interested in helping me out other than to upsell me. Wouldn't shop here again

I will make sure my family and friends will never visit your palace I bought business and we did buyed two vehicle over 120k you should know how to respect last night i saw you you hidding from me your face it my mistake too to come back and buy another vehicle sometimes it happen I just keep silent because of my company need. KELLY you need training.........? I also want to add the Finance James he also offended my Director don't know base on our color or something else we did not feel that we are welcome here this business is family own business but don't know what is happening inside not happy the treat we get.

Dealer will lowball you on auto trader. Then Nick will call you and get mad at you because you don't want to drive two hours for a payment $200 more than what was advertised.

We have an f550 that was purchased brand new 2021 and it came with some issues so we have brought the truck to this locationseveral times for the same issue, their services department is a horrible, their mechanic do not know what they do or they just do small repairs until the warranty is gone. It seems very dishonest to me.

We went to this dealership some two months ago and dealt with a sales person named ARRINGTON. Even after telling him several times I'm not interested he still continues to call, text, email me asking if I have questions. I have unsubscribed to there email list but still getting emails from him. This is boarder line harassment. I been to hundreds of dealerships in my life and this is the worst person as far as annoying I have ever dealt with. They weren't workable with a deal so not sure what he thinks he is going to accomplish by keep reaching out to me even after I said I'm not interested. He was no help in the first place. Not going here again.

I’ve been doing business - service and sales for quite some time. Nate in service is excellent. Remembers everything we do on our vehicles. Malakai and Sarah have been great to work with. Establish yourself as a legitimate customer and they treat you very fairly. Will do business again.
