Great place to go, service lady there was great getting me in and out, the staff was fun to talk to and friendly, it helped when you are spending hard earn money for you needed work on your car or truck. The cashier lady was great in the process of payment of service and friendly too.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Ford F-150 Lightning from Pierre Ford, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We filled all the paperwork before seeing the car, trusting the sales person in what he was saying. He had to bring the car from a different dealership and we were only able to see it after filling the paperwork. After that we realized that the car that we got, did not in fact have the things that were promissed to be there (we asked about the better sound system and were told since it's a higher trim that the one that we test drove, it'll have it, but it did not). We also realized that the charger that was supposed to be in the car, was not there. At first the salesman told us that he'll bring it to us the next day, but later tried to convince us that the charger was not a part of the deal. Luckily we had a picture of the window sticker which clearly stated that the charger is included. So they said they have to order it, because they don't have it in stock (really? with at least 20 of the same cars in the lot, you don't have one charger?). It's been almost 3 weeks and we still don't have the charger for our electric car.
I would not recommend this dealership since they misinformed us on the car that we were interested in and the package that it comes with and also now are misleading us with the wait time for the charger.

Jim and the service techs at Harris Ford were great to work with. I had a couple minor issues that I needed to get fixed with my 2018 F-150, and not only were they able to address those issues, but also noticed a bearing going out in the front end which I also got replaced while my vehicle was with them. Jim communicated what was going on while they serviced my vehicle. They are a pretty busy shop, so it took a bit, but it was worth the wait.

Repair work was fine. Returning my car to me was not, since it seems the employee decided to use my car to run a not-quick errand to Safeway for snacks, then left the litter in my car.
I called to speak to someone about this and 3 days later, have not had my call returned.

I'm leaving a three star review because after purchasing my F350 and then a few months later my Ford escape in 2020, I had a wonderful experience with the sales people. However, moving forward four years, I have to say that this is the most consistently bad service I've ever had at one place. The service department here is unacceptable. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm inconveniencing the service reps. I've also scheduled services and been told it would take two hours to then go in and be told that my truck would have to be there all day. As a working person coming from Ballard, this obviously won't work for me. I could actually list multiple times I've been disappointed with the service here, but it would take too long. I've even left and they didn't top off my DEF as they're supposed to as per my service contract. After leaving the other day and reviewing my bill, I noticed that Arlo wanted to be notified if I could not leave a five star review for this service department. I did reach out to Arlo and once again, the service was very disappointing. He obviously didn't care to hear what I had to say. He asked me why I continue to go there and I think the answer is pretty obvious. There aren't a lot of options for service with Ford in the Seattle area and I do still have a service agreement for both of my cars. Unfortunately, I will still have to go to Pierre Ford, and be frustrated with the lack of customer service.

Horrible experience, had a customer take a 30,000 mile ford for a inspection at this dealership, it did not get inspected they told him ours was bad when it was not and sold him another vehicle then this business called us and told us to pick up our vehicle. Terrible management and horrible business practice. Hopefully this reaches someone who actually cares.

I was happy to be able to purchase this brand new 2024 f150 lightning pro. The sales rep was great. She took great care of us and was very personable. I never did meet the original salesman that I talked on the phone with as we arrived a bit early at the dealer. But they were nice enough to get the process rolling quickly with another representative as we had a long drive back home.

Great service, nothing to complain about. MC listened to us and did what we asked plus they did a car wash and vacuumed into the car as a compliment after the mechanic did a tire change. We will return for sure.
