Had my car aligned at Hankook to my custom specs. Something still felt off to me so I figured it must have been bent suspension or perhaps something more serious, as Hankook showed my numbers being exactly to my spec. Thus I had TruLine spend 2.5 hours with the car inspecting the frame/suspension components and taking measurements, and their measurements were different than what Hankook showed. They did not find any issues with the suspension such as anything loose.UPDATE: had TruLine align my car and it feels much, much better now. My vibration issues are gone and the car tracks straight. I don't know what happened with Hankook but I won't be going back.

I had a flat tire with my minivan, so I brought the car to this place. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. Mr.Lim was very professional and knowledgeable. The staffs were also very kind. I highly recommend this place.

It's a shame. They were reliable and performed satisfactory jobs. But they aren't always honest. You can do a fantastic job nine times, but lie once and you are out. Do yourself a favor, just go to a different tire shop.

Highly recommended! Jae is awesome. He's direct, very knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the problem and fix it or provide recommendations. I can tell he's very passionate about his job and does not do this for money. Amazing service!

Had an amazing experience getting tires and a custom alignment done here. Easy to schedule an appointment, extremely responsive, and even sent updates to me as things progressed. There are a few coffee shops and a bunch of restaurants within a 10 minute walk if you want to do something while you wait.I will definitely be coming here again for any future tire/alignment wants.

Jay is amazing guy. I came to get my tires fixed and I needed a key for the tires to unlock them. Of course it wasn't in my car. He took his time helping me figure out how to get one, even called a place for me. Amazing service amazing place. 110% RECOMMEND HANKOOK TIRES. Will always come here for now on. THANKS JAY!!!

I regret not finding these guys sooner. They are one of the rare businesses nowadays who actually pride themselves on providing exceptional services. The people running this operation are nerds, first and foremost, who actually strive to understand the engineering and mechanical concepts behind automotive systems. That right there sets them well apart from any other shop I've been to outside of professional racing. If you need tires or suspension work, I've found no one else in the Greater Seattle Area who are even in the same league.

Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten from an alignment/tire/wheel shop in my entire life. Customer service is second to none. Jae, the owner, and Vaygar (forgive me, I believe that was his name but unsure of spelling) gave me the printouts of my alignment spec up front for the FIRST TIME EVER instead of most shops where it seems like they almost try to hide it from you. They tell you exactly what is going on as a customer and do not recommend anything unnecessary nor talk down to you etc. Thank you so much for your services you guys. We need ten more like you. Keep up the phenomenal work!!

WOW, no snake oil salesman here. Honesty, Integrity, Innovation? Yes, yes, yes. I don’t always get new tires or get my car serviced, but when I do, I go to Hankook in Lynwood. Membership fees? No. Overpriced tires? No. If you have an suv or truck the Dynapro are the best tires on the market, they have won multiple awards. For passenger cars the Kinergy & winter icept have also won awards for best tire. For sports cars the Ventus, yep you guessed it more awards. Alignments? Yes. Service? Yes. Any questions? Hankook tires Lynnwood!

I need to get new set of tires for my truck and this reminded of a distasteful experience I had at this shop a while ago, so I'm writing this long over due post. If ownership changed since then, ignore this. I used to think very highly of this place as I bought 2 sets of tires for our vehicles. However, last interaction with Jae (the owner) made me never want to give him business even if I have to pay higher price somewhere else.Jae's sales tactic is as following:1. Let's you tell him why you came in to the store (tire needs of course).2. After carefully listening to you, tries to reassume you how he doesn't care about making money, but he just wants what's best for you and your family.3. Tries to impress you with his personal story- how he went to UW even though he barely spoke English and was a Microsoft engineer in the past but quit and opened the tire shop because he loves cars so much, and now he eats and breathes cars, and how he can walk on water while juggling 5 tires.4. He then proceeds to tell you you need to buy XYZ from him because that's the best choice for you and there's no better place to do that than his shop because his quality and price are the best. 5. At this point if you are okay with his recommendation, then everything is cool, and everyone is happy.6. However, if you bring up a differing opinion, or dare question his recommendation, he gets offended and literally rolls his eyes and starts to condescends you. I've seen him do this to multiple people-- after listening to his pitch, they told him they'd come back later, or check other shops.7. He then makes fun of them and also brings up past customers who dared question him and made dumb decisions of not giving him their business, and how they are all worthless POS.Like many positive posts on Yelp, I went along with his recommendations first two times and both times I thought highly of Jae. (To be fair, there's no reason to think he's BS-ing; bit egotistical, but he's fairly knowledgeable and resourceful.) However, the 3rd time I went to him because I had a specific need despite his differing recommendation. He immediately berated me and attacked my intelligence and character. After all, it's me who knows what my needs and wants are, not Jae or anyone else. However, he can't seem to grasp this concept. I wouldn't be surprised if he's included me in long list of his stories-- a dumbass who didn't listen to him and probably ended up regretting it.I don't necessarily expect to be treated like a king as a customer, but I certainly don't believe I need to treat a shop owner like a king.Never been back, and will never go back.

Shipped some Hankooks from Tire Rack to this shop. Great service getting my old shoes replaced with new on my Tacoma.$100 shop fee par for the course around the area and the service was top notch. Quick appointment. Very much recommend.
