Greg’s Japanese Auto helped me avoid a bad vehicle by doing a pre-purchase inspection, I returned 2 weeks later and they gave me a thumbs op on a Subaru! Great staff that made sure to explain what they found and what they recommend while being very kind and patient as I asked questions. I will only ever take my new Subaru to Greg’s!

Always amazing service. This team will treat you right and keep your car going. I appreciate their hard work and dedicated customer service. Anyone I know that drives any JDM, I tell them to always go to Greg's. So if you drive a Toyota, Subaru, Honda, etc... Go to Greg's Japanese Auto.

Service is amazing. The guy initially told us to go buy parts on our own and they can install it for $100 and it'll take two hours. Week later, we got the parts and went in, waited 20 minutes, and as I was walking up to pay he hands me the key and says "it's on us!" 10/10!

These guys were honestly amazing, spoke with Johhny and Zach over the phone and they were extremely helpful in getting me the best deal for fixing my car. They were patient with me weighing options and when it came time to replace my alternator, the turn around was extremely quick. Definitely a great experience all around.

I’m a busy woman who plans everything ahead to manage my schedule. I made an appointment for an alignment at noon, dropped my car off at 11:00, and was told it would be ready by 1:30. When I arrived, they informed me it would be delayed until 2:30, which was disappointing, but I had no choice but to wait. I kept myself busy with work, and when my car was finally ready, they surprised me by not charging for the service and apologized for the delay. I noticed that despite a hectic day, Johnny/ John ( I’m not sure, the person on the phone) remained calm and helpful, assisting customers with various issues. I appreciate his efforts and want to thank him for ensuring my car service was completed. Thank you. Amazing customer service

Have heard great things about this place, so I decided to get my oil changed here. It’s not a stay in your car type of place but the have refreshments and a Tv in the waiting area. The employees were friendly and no complaints about the oil change. Will definitely be back.

Brought a car in for an oil change, they told me I needed new brakes and rotors. Wanted me to pay $800. I brought the car for a second opinion, they said my brakes had over 50% life on them. Also second place would have charged $420 for the same service.

Great people. Great service. Estimate of time and costs were spot on. Always a pleasure to bring my truck to Greg's instead of the Toyota dealership. I'll definitely be back for next service.

Went to Gregg’s Japanese Auto for 2 separate pre purchase inspections because of their long standing reputation in the auto mechanics space. Was very pleased with both, and ended up buying the two cars based on what we were told in the reports. They gave us a very cool online report with all findings and included pictures of things they found. We will be going here for service when we need it.

idiots keep emailing me even though I'm not their customer and I've asked them to stop several times. plus the quote they sent was definitely akin to highway robbery.
