I don’t really do a bad review but what they did on my long hair was unforgivable. I told her that I want face framing layers and wanted to show her the video. As I was scrolling on my phone to find the video, she said “oh I know face framing”(like she’s implementing that she doesn’t have to see it). But still showed her anyway. She even ask how long I want it to cut which is 4 inches. I have a hip length hair that I grew out for so long. Now it’s 3 inches just below my shoulders. I didn’t realize she was cutting the back too short because they asked me to tilt my head forward. This just shows that they don’t really care and just wanted to finish the haircut. Will NEVER come back again.

Yeah, you successfully created a world record for the fastest hair cut ever given. Now, I am left with a lot of uneven hair - long and short hair on the sides.
If you are just using the blades, then at least rub that machine over my head 4 to 5 times to make sure it's at least even everywhere.
I am very sure in near future Great Clips will be the first hair salon to offer "To-Go" hair cuts.

Took only 13 mins to do my hair. Female hair takes longer than that to do if u actually care. I will not go there again. She thought because I don't style my hair that I don't care and that is insulting.

Haircuts can be hit or miss depending on the stylist, but they are usually acceptable.

Twee is the best cutter I've had and always return. Other stylists talk about their problems while in the chair, and it's something I avoid. Not with Twee, she's great at what she does, she's fast, and nice to chat with.

Take off 1/2 an inch on top means nothing to them. They will make it very short ruin your entire week.
Stylist: People need to give feedback to barbers else they will never understand. Here only one barber is terrible. You have to avoid them. Rest are decent

The only reason I'm giving this place a 5-star review is because of Lydia (I'm pretty sure that was her name.) She gave me an amazing haircut, literally had people complimenting me left and right. She was easy to talk to and I would go here again if SHE cuts my hair.

Very bad customer service and staff is very rude. The location surely needs a good management. The barbers are all ones who have no where else to go and are here by force not by choice so they do not believe in repeat customers.Update : Sent the mail to below shared email Id. Will update the review with how that goes.

Employee not cool not nice lol feel like don’t like customers. But on top she gave ugliest fade with expensive price, not the reason of no experience but she was too fast trying to beat world record on giving fastest fade. didn’t like it

Employees were rude, slow, and inexperienced hair stylists refusing to listen to customer requests. Cuts were sloppy, as if a child had made them. Store was clean, but also empty upon our arrival with the employees lounging in the customer chairs. Parking was limited due to having too many stores in the complex. Avoid this location!
