  This is hands down the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist Katrin was worst, she was completely unprofessional is her behavior, the way she talked and treated me. I would never ever come here again. Please stay way from this horrible establishment. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.
  
  First of she was sitting on tue chair even after I was there for few minutes (and there was no one in the store) took her own sweet time to come and put the details in the machine. Then did an extremely poor job of cutting my hair, and when I asked to check the back of my hair just handed me the mirror and took off. If this is the way the treat customers I wonder how long they will be going to be in the business
  
  This is hands down one of the worst customer experience I ever experienced

  I called ahead of time to ask if they were taking walkins, and were told they were, so I arrived about 2 minutes later (As I told them I would because I was in the area). When I came in, Karina was incredibly short and unwelcoming, I tried to explain that I had just called. When I saw their current wait tally, which was about 30 minutes, I asked if that was accurate, because I might just head out and set an appointment if so. And she interrupted me very rudely asking if I was in such a hurry.
  
  Like, no? I just want to make an educated decision? No one mentioned a wait over the phone.
  
  She was very hostile during account creation, and put in a lot of inaccurate information, that I gave up correcting her on.. Then we got to the chair, I explained that I wanted my hair cut to here- And showed her on my chest. She seemed to understand, but then she took out scissors and held them MUCH MUCH MUCH higher than I had pointed out to her. I said no- I want it longer, please go down! And she didn't even let me finish before she cut this really crooked cut across the length she had picked. Not me.
  
  There was nothing else I could do? Leave with one side 6 inches longer than the other? So I let her finish the cut even though I felt like crying. It's short, and so crooked that I'll probably have to get it cut shorter. I feel so frustrated and ugly.
  
  So, not a great cut.
  Worst of my life, actually.
  And I paid 34 dollars to get it.

  Definitely a get what you pay for kind of haircut. My stylist had short blonde hair (I didn't catch their name) and took off way more than I asked for (I know because there are still long pieces they missed). Because I'm growing my hair out and just wanted a little trim, I'm extremely disappointed to have so much length gone. I'm addition, they dry cut my hair, didn't section my thick curly hair, and paid no attention to evenness. Even my bangs are uneven. The other stylists seemed very attentive and were taking their time so perhaps one of them would be the better recommendation.

  Big shoutout to Hong! She’s the best and so nice. I haven’t let anyone else cut my hair for like 15 years. She deserves a raise for her skill, loyalty to your company and just because she’s a superstar!

  My haircut was fine but I presented a coupon and was told that it wasn't excepted at that shop.I don't mind paying full price for haircut but I'm confused that one of your coupons wasn't valid at that shop. Why have coupons if there not going to be excepted.

  I had a lovely stylist, I normally get 'silent' haircuts as I like the quiet time, without asking she did so and I didn't mindcouple things1. Her area was covered in mens hair, as a previous stylist I understand since this salon gets mens cuts most of the day, but as a women it was kind of uncomfortable. You can easily take a blow dryer to the station and clean it. I did when I worked here2. As I explained to the women before, I have curly wavy hair, it was mostly straight today from previous styling. The cut was great, but I didn't have my glasses on to see she grabbed thinning shears. I forgot to mention not to use them so this is partially my fault. But as a hairstylist, you should be aware of anyone who has wavy/curly hair that this makes the hair not only thin on the bottom, but frizzy. Now I have thick curly hair on top, and curly thin hair on the bottomI didn't wear my glasses during the cut, otherwise if I saw she grabbed them I would have spoken up.All in all the staff was nice, I understand getting a women's cut is not the normal here, like I stated before, I worked at greatclips before, I understand so I was open minded. But maybe some education on women's cuts wouldn't be so bad.

  I understand that you get what you pay for, and saving money nowadays is a priority. However, a blind person would have noticed the discrepancy in lengths of hair on the top of my head after this haircut. In addition to making the customer wait in front of me while she finished a phone call in the office, just to tell her no to her request and briskly tell me she was ready as the lady stood there perplexed. I then received the literal worst cut ever. In addition, the limited English did not help. Who leaves spots on top of the head half an inch longer than the rest of the head? Go elsewhere. I almost did, should've.

  I usually do not write reviews. But this was the worst haircut I've ever had. The women did not care about her job and did not seem like she wanted to be there one bit. I was quite suprised with how unethustastic this women was. Did not make small talk at all.
