Prices aren’t the worst and they have a fairly decent selection of some types of products. My only complaint would be that the last TWO times that I have purchased a 4 pack of uwell coils, they have not checked the box and have charged me full price for a box that is short 1 coil. I understand once. Things like that happen. But twice??? That’s the same as short-changing me and stealing $10 out of my pocket and the fact that it has occurred 2 times might make some wonder if the employees are doing it intentionally.

Ordered an item from GoGo Popes and paid for on 11/7/23 and still not received by 12/6,23. Does not respond to emails or phone msgs. Poor customer service. Have purchased from this site before but will not do so in the future. Buyer beware

We have been going here once a week for over 7 years now prices for our tobacco only has gone up maybe a buck and a half to two bucks in all this time everywhere else 10 bucks or more .. Love this place we do

ITS TIME TO GO TO THE BBB AND LEAVE SOME REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR SOME UNSPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT. So I just called this place not even a min ago and asked about the way they exchange or fix a disposable vape pin 7500 puffs if a person has only had it for a couple of days and now it taste burnt it doesn't work anymore so the person in with a non American accent told me he can't do anything for me cause I should have tried it out in the store but the person that sold it to me didn't say anything about that. Then I asked when the manager would be in he says I don't know and that doesn't matter cause he is not going to do anything for me. So I stated to him that the disposable should have more than 7460 puffs left on it cause it was just bought he says well sorry I can't help you. So I asked for the manager again he say I don't have time to deal with you right now I got another customer and hung up in my face. That is so disrespectfuli don't know how he still is employed by this company. He could have offered for me to bring it in and see what I'm talking about, but know he had to be rude in someone else's company. This is how people lose revenue ask your employee why sales are going down.If he can't do anything for someone in a nice manner he needs to get out of customer service. I don't think this is the right store for me. 10-14-2023 @ 10:32 am.

Worst customer service ever. Every employee I deal with treats me like trash. They don't even deserve 1 star. 2 blocks in either direction and you get cheaper materials and better customer service. Don't give this place your time. It will not be worth it.

This place is terrible he sells you faulty vaped and when you tell him they are faulty and prove it he tells you it's not his problem and 86s you then threatens to call the cops, DO NOT SHOP HERE it is a rip off. Never had such terrible customer service in my life.

Great selection and the prices are literally half of what everyone charges for their glass!!! And the cute girl behind the counter is nice and patient AF!!!! I swear some people think that they're the only ones in the shop!!!???
