I normally LOVE shopping at Francesca's, BUT I was just inside the store, was never greeted or checked on. She looked right at me and didn't say a word. Won't be back, sad because I loved shopping there.

I went into this store to look at dresses for my bridal shower and there was a new employee being trained. I heard the woman training the new girl say "don't worry about her, you can tell some people aren't going to buy anything." I hadn't been to this store since moving for college but was back visiting my mom. Yes, I was just in leggings and a sweatshirt so maybe I didn't look the part, but all customers deserve respect. Even though I had seen a dress through the window that I was interested in buying, I thought that was so rude that I left. And as I was walking out the door I heard her say "see I told you!" I had every intention of buying something, I've gotten many dresses from this store over the years and have loved the way they fit, but I will not be coming back. I went to Altar'd State, a store a couple spaces down, bought a beautiful dress there!

why does it take so long for arrived packages to get sorted through? It's been almost a month since I ordered a pair of earrings and every time I visit I get told that I would get an email regarding my package. I understand that the store climate could be busy and could have a lot of back orders, but I would appreciate it if it was more effective and if customers didn't have to wait so long :(

I am a frequent shopper at Francesca's. Half of my closet is probably from this shop. I usually have a fabulous time with the staff who work here. Unfortunately today, the staff stayed behind the counter and was in their phone the entire time I was shopping. I would have loved some help looking for specific items like I usually get when I'm here. The promotional sale signs were still up from a sale that is no longer valid. Just kind of disappointed with today's shopping experience.

we walked by this store, never having gone in before, but noticed the sign in the window that said Everything in Boutique, $20. Intrigued, we entered and fell in love. Great prices brought us in, but awesome selection of stuff and fantastic customer service will bring us back again!!

The staff is so friendly, and always helps me find exactly what I need. It is always my go to stop in the mall for high quality, well priced and not to mention adorable clothing and accessories. I get compliments on everything I buy here and they have a good range of sizes. Plus they have really stepped up their already clean environment to help put people at ease during Covid. Can't recommend this store enough!

An associate named Kay helped me out greatly. She showed me some items that turned out just perfect for what I needed, was fun to talk to, and never once rushed me to make a decision. I was also able to find some fun stuff for myself in the store. I have yet to ever have a bad experience at these stores. Definitely recommended and will always come back.

Came into this little boutique for the first time after walking by and seeing a style of shirt I had been trying to find for weeks. Immediately, the two sales associates (Sam I believe, and I didn’t get the other’s name) were super friendly and welcoming. The shirt ended up being a body-suit, which I loved even more, and Sam kept recommending other pieces she thought were my style. I ended up walking out with an adorable romper too! The brunette associate was so sweet and complimentary when I would come out of the fitting room to show my partner my outfits. The boutique itself was decorated very cute. There was a lot of jewelry, some candles, and a bunch of smaller beauty-related gift-type items that’d be great for a girlfriend’s birthday. It seemed that all the clothes were sorted by color, which made finding things in colors I would usually wear very easy. While the clothes and the shoes and the accessories were all cute and well and good, it’s 100% the customer service I received from the two lovely associates that really cemented my decision to start shopping here far more frequently. I was so appreciative of their help, and I can’t wait to come back and do some shopping for fall!

The brunette that works here is super nice and helpful. It was a really great experience shopping here for the first time, and I'd definitely check it out again. They have similar things to what you would find in Target with a similar price point. Definitely worth a look!
