I am posting not about the repair on a vehicle but their caring and kindness. We were hit from behind and pulled into a business next to them. The personnel came running out to make sure we were ok and allowed us to access their building etc- thank you for assisting seniors in need!!!

My friend used Fleury's after her car was stolen/vandalized. She had much trouble with the insurance company and the car stayed in their possession for quite some time. I went with her to pick up the car and her pay the bill. They were very cold and unhospitable to her, down right rude-may as well rolled their eyes at her. They may do good with repair but they have no customer service skills. They need to realize that the customer pays thier wages.

Do not take your vehicle to these people to get repaired they had my car for 3 months before I got it back and it wasn't even fixed. I would call them to see an ETA and every time they would say it was almost done probably just a couple more days and then about a month and a half into that they said to return my rental because it would be ready after the weekend so I did. That Monday I called and they told me they found some suspension damage which I had told them was there on day 1. I do delivery work and was paying for my rental out of pocket which they knew. So a month went by where I no longer could work. Then when I picked up my car they told me I owed them $700 for towing fees because they couldn't fix my car and had to tow it to the Honda dealership to be repaired. Then after getting my car back I noticed there was still damage to the back end and my suspension is still damaged from the car accident on the front driver's side. I called them to tell them what was happening and that I no longer trust their company to complete my work so I'm paying out of pocket to fix my car (the work was a insurance claim) and I wasn't going to pay the $700 for towing because they didn't fix my car and if they tried to sew me for it I would just counter sew for the repairs they just said have your lawyer call us and hung up. If I were you I'd go to Car Star they did a great job.

They came recommended to me by Audi and let me just say they did a wonderful job on my car! It looks 10/10! They detailed both the inside and outside before they returned it to me and they were very communicative throughout the process. It did take longer than expected for the car to be complete which was a little frustrating. However, this was due to the current car part shortage so some things were out of their control. Overall I will definitely work with them in the future. Thanks again Taylor.

After an accident I took my car to Fleury's. Taylor was super helpful, responsive, and patient with the process. Turns out the insurance company considered the car a total loss (after way too much time dinking around). I would take my car back to Fleury's in a heartbeat, though I hope I never have to :). They put the customer first.

Good repair but left me on the hook for $700Repair: Nice at the service counter. As fast as the other guys. Left a goofball sized scratch after the paint job.Cost me: Couldn't give me or insurance an accurate repair completion date, so my rental car wasn't paid for, cost me hours of phone calls and still $700.

This is a family-owned business that operates with integrity and a lot of heart and soul. I didn't know that at first, but the recommendation from a trusted friend set me on the path to learn this truth. It's just a car repair after a fender bender, right? No, it's more than that. My Suburban got T-boned during a snow storm. I called multiple shops and everyone was booking months out. I talked to James and he took a look and got me in a week later. He was very communicative and the shop did a great job with painting, body repair and putting a new door on. I would definitely recommend this place and James.Services: Painting
