Watched a kind of poor customer service at Macy's Lynnwood today. That employee must've had a bad day. Macy surely will announce for bankruptcy because of their employees!

There is 0 customer service any more- I have been a customer since the 70's. There used to be people you could call to sort things out. Rarely needed because things were run very well. Now Its a nightmare to try to get someone to fix a problem. Deliveries not showing up, being charged for them, not getting refund, etc.... read full comment
