Macy's is Macy's. No matter where you go, there is a lot to see, a lot to buy, and a lot to sort through. We had a great experience the second time in the store. Yelena was friendly, kind, soft spoken and truly helpful, a pleasure to work with. Previous customer service experiences weren't worth commenting on.
