I went this morning and nobody was able to help. There was 4 people working and everyone acted like I was ghost. I asked 2 people for helped and they just send me my way. BAD!

I found Ray to be quite unhelpful, and also rude… he told me “I don’t know why you’re staring me down like that” as I was trying to ask him for help.

This review is for Gus. I brought a painting there to beprinted. 12x16. I wanted it copied and printed at thesame size on fair quality paper. Gus informed me at the end of filling out my order form that he would becharging me $35 per copy. After seeing my reaction he then said "oh actually I might be able to do that at $12 so it doesn't hurt your pockets as much." SKETCH. 24 hr later the job wasn't complete so I took my art back and took it to a different fed ex printing location a mile down the road. They did the EXACT thing I asked and told me it would be $1.60. WHAT A PRICE GAP. Gus was very shady and I would NOT trust that place to charge you fairly.

We unfortunately won't be using Fedex Print center anymore. I've had the manager roll his eyes at me when I asked for a clear sleeve along with my bubble package to protect the address sheet. I also went in recently to email a print job because I wanted to make sure the first card printed nicely. I was told I can only do online print orders so I went home and tried, but there was no option to go have my print order picked up locally, only shipped. So I called and someone asked me to just email them, which is what I went in to do the first time. We paid $38 for 20 4x6" cards. If my online order would have worked, it would've been $19.99 and included envelopes. The cards also turned out blurry. Would've been great if the employee would've informed me before printing them all. We truly don't want to do everything online, but we'll just order directly from Canva from now on for convenience and to avoid bad attitudes.

It's not fair to give 1 star bc the experience is dependent on the employee but felt I had to leave this review because it's outrageous. The sole employee ("Assistant Manager" Gus) working at the time was rude and incompetent and absolute ripoff. I had previously sent an item to LG for repair and the first time it cost $28. I had to send the same item to LG again so I went to the same store with the same item and the employee (Gus) was about to charge me $100. Fortunately I had a copy of the receipt from last time but I had to get out of line to look for it to show him and it took him 15 minutes to help another customer for what seemed to be a simple task. AND THEN WHEN IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN, AFTER 20 MINUTES OF TRYING HE TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BC HE CAN'T DO IT. I AM SO FLABBERGASTED.

I had to do a mercari return for the first time. I was so nervous. The employee was so nice & helpful. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes! This is a great location

I am writing a 5 star review because most of the time I have had fast and great service for the last two years for our business and the deserve a five star. But the last time was absolutely terrible and I should give a one star but one bad employee shouldn't hurt the company as a whole.Here is what happened. I had my sales guy go in and pick up a Christmas Card order and he said we were charged over $300 dollars for 125 cards. At Thanksgiving we ordered the exact same cards with envelopes and 125 cards only with a Christmas scene and it was $91 dollars. I had my sales guy go back in and a women by the name of Deb, terrorized him and would not give back the money that he was over charged, and the cards weren't scored or folded, no envelopes and the scoring was crooked so he had to spend time folding them. He asked to speak to someone else and he spoke with Tyler who was amazing and apologies for Deb's behavior and refunded him the difference. I have worked with Tyler before and he is wonderful to work with. I hope management reads this and realizes what Deb is hurting their image and business. I understand it is hard to get good employees right now, but you can't afford to have a bad apple spoil your business, that's even worse. This company is great and worth using as long as you don't have to deal with Deb, that is why I gave it a 5 star.

It has a closing time of 6pm on Sundays showing here but when I arrived at 5:05pm today the store was closed. And according to Google maps, the hours was apparently updated by business 7 days ago. I suggested new hours, hope it will get updated CORRECTLY.P.s. all I wanted to do today was to drop off a package and a guy who was still in the store refused to accept it, which I understand since it's closed. But please put the correct hours, so I or other customers won't waste our time in the future. Thanks

First time at this store. Consistent flow of people coming in middle of the day. Service was quick, friendly and efficient! This will definitely be my go to location!

I had my bacon saved by the kind people at this branch two nights in a row. I was getting supplies ready for an art show and the first night Gus was incredibly patient with me and came to check in as I was standing there, bewildered, trying to figure out how I was going to cut 150+ pages in half. He offered to put it through their machine and saved me hours of pain and cursing. There was a small, easily overlooked error on one of my sheets and Gus happily rectified it in under a minute. The following night I went in hoping for help with price tags and Tyler helped me. He asked questions to make sure I had what I needed, was incredibly patient while I tried to figure out how to even send him my documents, and offered great (and I'll admit it now, very calming-- I was an anxious wreck) conversation. His efforts ALSO saved me hours of arthritic pain and cursing. I've always been impressed every time I use this office and my experiences with other stores keep me coming back here. Thanks Tyler and Gus!

Great location off busy 524. Good hours that also work for someone's schedule. Shout out to Tyler and Vanessa - had an issue with my package for various reasons of my own doing but needed to get there overnight to my parents and these 2 human beings are just amazing. Above and beyond!!

I was treated very well at this site. I accidently dropped off a package that was for UPS. They looked for the package while I was on the phone, provided the name of the associate and I was handing the package when I arrived at the store. They also are very quick answering questions and treat customers respectfully.
