The room above me has a male child that is running around the room till 11:30 pm at night, not bad if it was once in a while, but so far every night while I am staying here.

I have ben to a few EVA'S over the years and they were all your typical2.5-3 stars places, but as of this year, The south Snohomish County ones Silver lake and this are greatly improved a-z . And this is from a Diamond Elite card caring IHG Member with brands like Holiday inn abd Indigo?
