well first off we were going to return something and there was no one a the cashier for us than the dude was acting so rude like he had better things to do and he kept given looking at me like i did something to him

I shop at express alot mainly due to more selection. You can’t try on so it’s obvious you have to return to the store. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have experienced Asian male manager giving visibly aggressive and disparaging looks to me repeatedly and making me feel extremely unwelcome, uncomfortable and frankly frightened. The facial gestures he makes are downright scary as if his about to physically hurt you, thinking of it or wishing for it. I’ve never seen such unprofessional demeanor at a store front before. Express needs to replace him and the other inappropriate manager here with better quality people. I’m glad to see another customer has reported the same to confirm my experience is truly a bigger issue at place. This employee is dangerous and should not be working here who knows what his capable of if he thinks it’s okay to act this way.

The manager (Asian man) was extremely rude, not only to me, a customer who was returning some clothes, but also his employees. He rolled his eyes when I came to return some clothes and when an employee asked him for help, he was GLARING at her. I will not be returning back to this store.

I have such a great time in this store. The staff is young and inspired; they don't mind helping you dress, I love an associate who doesn't mind zippen up those zippers that are hard to reach. Also, great sales all the time..Im obsessed!

Honestly I rarely shop at Express and even if I do it's not at the physical store. My boyfriend and I came here to get his very first suit. The people there were so knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They loaded us with many many discounts (when they absolutely didn't have to) and we left feeling so grateful. Boyfriend looked great in the suit and we'll think about the people there whenever we go on a special event.

I got outstanding customer service there a few weeks ago. I got the young woman’s name, who helped me during a lunch shift... Tall and I want to say, blonde... Very emotionally-intelligent. She made me want to come back and buy, when I had come to the store to make a return!
