I bought a pair of pants and was double charged. I basically had to force them to credit me for one of the charges. I even showed both the women working my credit card statement to prove the double charge! They wanted me to call my cc and make one of the charges fraudulent because of their mistake!! Putting on me to fix their mistake and lie to my credit card company. They also blamed me for not giving my phone number and email on why it was so hard to figure out. So I have to provide my personal information just to get basic fair service? I’ve worked in retail for 7 years and this is some of the worst costumer service I have seen. Safe to say I will not be going back.

A huge shout-out to the ladies of this store! I went in needing a complete wardrobe overhaul, and they were incredibly helpful. They provided so many options without overwhelming me, and they were receptive to my feedback. What a wonderful shopping experience! The store has a great variety of clothing/accessories and some of the best service I've had in a long time!

I went to see what the hype was about Good Amdrican jeans, and the ladies were so sweet and so helpful! They didn't have my size in stock, but Kendall(I hope I spelled thst right girl!) ordered my correct size. I will definitely be back!

Seems hard to compete with a Nordstrom right next door. I did walk away with a few cute pieces, but it's hard to say whether I'll be back. Place is really great for casual clothing. I feel like the clothing choices were too early 20s for my taste. Also, not into the statement T-shirts. There were sooo many of those.

I liked this place. They have cool clothes to choose from and the gals suggested some items I would never have picked out for myself, but ended up buying. Nordstrom like pricing, but high quality clothing. Only down side, sizing/brands trend towards slimmer figures than mine, so left with only tops.

This was the perfect place for me to have ThanksMas (Thanksgiving & Christmas) dinner with my family.The full kitchen had pots, pans, glass mixing & storage bowls with lids, measuring spoons, a measuring cup, can opener & strainer which allowed me to make all of my favorite Holiday recipes. The only items I borrowed from my son's house were a mixer & rolling pin. I bought aluminum baking pans from the grocery store along with all of my groceries. When I arrived I discovered that they have a shopping list you can fill out & they will shop for you (I believe it has to be filled out in the morning.) Next time!The complimentary breakfast bar had an excellent variety! From the traditional eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits to tortillas to make your own breakfast burritos, yogurt, fruits & rice!!! It was such a treat to not have to fix breakfast!I believe my family just started a new holiday tradition!

I visited Lynwood Wa between 17 July 2018 and 29 July and stayed at Residence Inn. Despite trying to contact Marriott Rewards on at least 3 occasions no response to rectify the error of not crediting the reward seems to be insight.Wondering if it have other Marriott guests with similar issues .Sandeep Kumar

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This is one of my go-to hotels when I travel to the area. The location is great, near shopping and restaurants. I mainly stayed at their two-bedroom suite -- it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, I wish that they put the King bed downstairs in the enclosed bedroom, and the Queen upstairs at the loft. It makes more sense, and some other Residence Inns have this set-up.The complimentary breakfast was sufficient. They have an evening reception but it only runs from Monday to Wednesday. I did not get to try it but there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was another satisfactory stay at Residence Inn Lynnwood. Thank you and keep up the good work!

We had the unpleasant need to find a place to stay for three months while work was being done on our home, and selected this Residence Inn primarily because we had pets - including a senior, three-legged cancer survivor. The staff here was great! The found us an accessable room downstairs with a suitable doggie area right outside! Housekeepers, front desk, groundskeepers, and all staff here were kind, considerate, and accommodating! We even had a minor surgery to deal with while we were there, and the housekeeping staff put up with our need for extra laundering, towels, and sheets during the recovery! We will definitely use these folks again for any needed long-term stay in our region!

Love love! Hilary at the store at Alderwood Mall (Lynnwood) made Shopping for clothes (with 2 kids in tow) fun again ! I had the best experience being styled and trying stuff I would rarely pick myself. Highly recommended and I can't wait to do it again. She also had a way with the kids that made it fun for them too. �
