Had such a good experience at MJM! All the employees were super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car. I would 100% recommended them they were fantastic and I love my new car!!!

My Mercedes displayed several service lights on the dashboard. I called and talked to the technician since I had the vehicle there in January for what I thought was the same problem. I was informed to bring the car in as all their work is guaranteed for 12,000 miles or one year. On my way to the shop the car went into limp mode and temporaily stalled. I was able to make it to the shop to drop the vehicle off. They called me later that day and explained the issue which was a malfunction on the other side of the car that was not there before. They did not charge me for the repair which I feel is very commendable. It would have been several hundred dollars. They were very professional and honest with me and that goes along way in my book. I even asked about should I get another part replaced and was told that it is not needed at this time. They always give you written details of all the work done from diagnosing the problem to fixing the problem for your records. I will recommend them to all my foreign car owner friends.

I was a vender there. UWE is a liar and a cheat and when he's not lying and cheating, he's slow paying. These people owed me 800 dollars for services rendered and Gabby left for vacation in Germany without paying me and Uwe refused to write a check. They are deadbeats

Larry was AWESOME. We purchased a 2009 Subaru Outback and we could not be happier. Larry opened up the dealership early on a Sunday morning. The paperwork process was smooth. And it's nice to know that Honesty and Integrity are values that still exist.

I purchased a vehicle from these guys a few months back and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I live 3.5 hours from the dealership so we were talking numbers over the phone and email. I asked how the car had been maintained and they said everything worked well and it had no issues and that the previous owner had taken really good care of it. So I sign papers and make the trip to bring it home. I noticed it was probably going to need brakes so I immediately took it in to get them fixed and the mechanic said I had bigger safety issues which was about $6000 in serious repairs which was out of my budget since I was already paying more than I had planned. I contacted the dealership and explained the situation and let them know this was going to be our main family car for our young son and our twins on the way. After much back and forth they ended up telling me that they couldn't make a profit if the helped make the situation right. I even asked if they would feel safe putting their kids in this car and they said no but were still ok with making money on it.. They literally chose money over their customer's safety. Stay away from this joke of a dealership

Please please please save yourself heartache, time, hassle and money and do not buy a car here!! It's a total joke. 100% unethical. I wish we would have done more research-our story is eerily similar to the other negative reviews. I wasn't able to post with zero or negative stars or else I would have. Consider yourself warned.

We just purchased our 2nd car from MJM Motors! The process was easy and low-pressure! Down payment, interest rate and payments were perfect and painless! We are hoping to find our 3rd car here as well!

PLEASE do not buy from this dealership. 1. sold me a vehicle from Canada, was not upfront about this at all. 2. vehicle threw 2 codes about an hour after purchasing the vehicle. They cleared the codes knowing it had a problem, did not share this information and I would only ever find out after putting some miles on it at speed and temperature. EXTREMELY DISHONEST. 3. vehicle will not pass DEQ and not able to be registered. 4. I admit, they gave me a few hundred dollars in money for sensors that could potentially fix the codes, but I had to install them myself. 5. when I reported to them that the repair to pass inspection included replaced the CAT system at $1000 they said they were not interested in contributing to the repair bill. I didn't ask for them to fix the car outright, but I wanted them to acknowledge that they were dishonest and cover part of the cost. They did not. EXTREMELY SHADY business dealings. 100% dishonest. Excellent experience all around I was happy with the ease of the process and that it did not feel like i being pressure or sold a car as much as I was getting all I wanted to make it work. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, I wont buy anywhere else.

I have had two of my Mercedes C class cars serviced by this shop thru the years. The past two years have proven to be a disappointment on how service has deteriorated and the last event was a nightmare scenario. After a simple oil change, my check engine light came on about 5 miles from the shop. It was late in the day and I had to make time to come back the next day and have it resolved. It was not. Some diagnostics were done and this supposed Benz expert came up with no answers but simply and limply denying that they did not cause it. I brought it to a shop in Lynnwood with a 5 star yelp review. They diagnosed it , explained the cause to me and gave me a written estimate. Later that day, I picked it up. Check engine light gone, car was running like silk for $250 less than European Motors charged. I would avoid this shop for repairs is my strong suggestion. Purchase a car from them after this experience? You know the answer to that. ps. the couch at their display room reeks of dog urine. Gross.
