I am beyond happy that I chose to work with Emma Parker Diamonds. Tim and I met through a mutual client and he was friendly, informative, but most important, he did not try to get me to purchase anything. Tim and I had a great conversation where he answered all of my questions and invited me to review their website and when I told him I was ready to purchase, we left it at that. I recently reached out again and asked if he could recreate a ring I had lost. He offered to send me ring ideas and to customize any ring to my liking, asked about my budget, and the entire conversation felt organic. I am so incredibly happy with how my ring came out and the high quality look and feel to it. I have recommended Emma Parker Diamonds to a few other friends and plan on purchasing my jewelry from them going forward.

Working with Emma Parker was an excellent experience! My fiancé and I were looking for a wedding band for her, and we found one that matched her engagement ring perfectly here. Tim went above and beyond to help up with the ordering process and kept us informed of the order status until it was delivered. If I ever needed a ring in the future, I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service, amazing price and awesome ring!! Tim did an excellent job making the ring that was special to my wife. It was exactly what she dreamed of and immediately made her left handed. I live overseas which made things slightly difficult but somehow Tim managed to still deliver. Thank you again

Wow, wow wow, that's all i can say. Tim made my dream Solesfera diamond ring, its sparkle ,fire and brillance is like no other. Went to Devon's even their best diamond did not shine like my ring. Tim was so helpful and available , i think he sleeps with his phone. Had to send an emergency email around 12-1 am to clarify something , and was expecting to hear a reply the next morning, guess what .... Tim replied within seconds. I was shocked and felt bad at the same time. Tim sells what he believes in, showed my ring to my jeweler he had no words. Everyone is blinded by the shine of the diamond. From now onwards its only solesfera if i ever have to buy. Great customer service , have already recommended him to several of my friends. Thank you Tim once again. Will surely do business with you in the near future.

I called EP&Co with a last minute request for an engagement ring last year before Thanksgiving. Having never bought a ring like this before, I wrongly assumed that such a thing could be cranked out in a couple days and sent over "Prime-Style"....wrong. I worked with Tim, who steered me to brands that could be delivered more quickly, and overnighted the ring to me the day they received it in store. Got it in the "nick-of time"...Couldn't have asked for better service. The ring itself was/is gorgeous, and my fiance gets compliments on it all the time. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Had a great experience with Tim and Emma Parker & Co, and the engagement ring I purchased is beautiful. Tim is one of those rare business leaders who not only runs the business but also spends considerable time with his clients. When you wear so many hats, it's easy for customer service to suffer. However, this is actually what differentiates his company from others - this and the honest and ethical approach he takes to his business. I was shocked at his quick responses to my (many) questions, the generosity of his time over phone calls, and the fair prices. I do not pretend to know much about rings, but I did a ton of research, spoke to many vendors, and Tim and his team at Emma Parker stood out. Learning about and choosing an engagement ring is a confusing, frustrating, and expensive process. There are a ton of options. Save yourself time and money and give Tim a call or shoot him an email. You'll be in good hands.
