He apologized, said he would talk to the department manager to make sure it doesn't happen again and then gave me. $20 gift card to use on my purchase. “The store's team was helpful in returning and refunding my newly purchased cell phone, cell plan, and wifi box. I got the feeling they have to handle such things often. The company as a whole I do not recommend though. I had nothing but one problem after another after I signed up: getting my devices on time (FedEx is a nightmare), getting customer service support over the phone without their robot hanging up on me, etc. Will not touch them with a 10 ft pole ever again.”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

The milk price caught my intention to go there moreover they hold Asian grocery which consists of variety of foods, fruits and snacks. At the most the service of the employees is excellent.”

“One of the better 7-11's for the simple reason they do not limit your buying power, which means you can buy lottery with a debit card, meaning, they get the whole sale including other things that I would have purchased at the cash-only-for-lottery places, which I boycott.”

“The gentlemen cashiering on 4/21 a little after midnight was extremely helpful and courteous. It's refreshing to see people take their job seriously and with pride. I almost never get a cashier who firstly knows how to do anything beyond ringing up items ,secondly does so being pleasant, polite, and overall genuinely helpful. I had to load a prepaid card to pay a bill I had just woke up out of a dead sleep remembering that I needed to pay it asap. And I notoriously have some type of hassle trying to load my card at 7 11 and I wasn't looking forward to it. I was thankfully surprised to find the complete opposite situation. He even reminded me to take my receipt for the transaction which I had been burned before because of. All around excellent customer service. Whomever has this type of person working for them should know they picked a gem!”
“Thank you for those who helped me today. I needed to replace the battery in my phone, and that was the reason why I went to this Apple Store. As soon as I walked in to the store, a young female staff helped me to check-in. I hope I write her name correctly, and I think her name was Katelin (?? could be Katelyn..??). She was very helpful and patient. As a part of check-in process, I had to type my icloud email address and password, but I just didn't remember my pw off hand. She helped me find the pw. During the check-in process, when I needed to type in any sensitive information, she was thoughtful to look away from my device. I appreciated her sensitivity, care and respect. She told me to be seated at 1 of the wooden stools, and very short while later, another staff named Jason (I hope I remember his name correctly...) helped me to start the process of replacing the battery. He was also very helpful and friendly, and made the whole process really easy and pleasant. The wait time for the battery replacement was less than 1 hour, just enough time for me to browse other shops within the mall, had some coffee, and I was able to pick up the phone about an hour in the same afternoon. The cost of service was a little shy of $77 ($69 + tax). Considering how short of the wait time it was, for me, this was a very easy and pleasant experience. There were 2 other staff I spoke with to ask some questions, and they, too were helpful. Thank you so much everyone... :)”
