I had the pleasure of working with the team at Eco- Movers, and I must say, their customer service and communication were exceptional. I spoke to Jose and from start to finish, they were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and kept me informed throughout the entire moving process.Overall, I highly recommend Eco- Movers for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable moving company. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I am grateful for their outstanding customer service and communication. I would not hesitate to use their services again for future moving needs.

In response to Eco movers.Pablo had my phone number and he should have asked ME. My brother is mentally challenged, and cannot make those kind of decisions.It’s impossible to determine if anything is missing after a move because it’s chaos.Regardless of whatever you offered me, my grandmothers dishes are gone because your movers were upset that they had to come back, so they were vindictive and threw my stuff away.To future clients of Eco movers, stay away from this company, they do not care about you or your items. If you upset them, they will throw your things away. They are glossing over the fact that they made a mistake and instead of taking accountability for it, they blame me and my family for their negligence.I would not recommend this company.I paid over $2000 for services from Lynnwood to Bothell. 7 1/2 hours.They threw away my tv without confirming with me, they threw away precious ceramic dishes that belonged to my 90 year old grandmother, they broke one of the legs of my dresser, they had some of my items laying in front of the building like trash.Pablo the team lead was unprofessional, I asked him to return to pick up items that were left behind, he sighed loudly in my ear and stated “I GUESS we can come back.” I was stunned by his attitude, was I not paying by the hour for these services?The claims team offered me $119 for my lost items, I pushed back explaining the dishes were family Heirlooms, they refunded me $239, for my troubles. I felt disrespected by that amount.My grandma tipped the movers $275, at the time I did not realize how many items were missing and I was willing to look past Pablo’s attitude, assuming he was just having a bad day. I regret giving them a tip once I realized how poorly they handled my things.Overall as a new client I’m extremely disappointed by these services, especially because they had amazing reviews. I thought they would take care of me and my grandma, but they treated us like garbage. It was a stressful day for my grandma, once she realized her dishes were gone she was heartbroken.

Mike and Marcus kept us updated on when they were leaving, eta from the road and arrival. Once there they were professional, friendly, organized and great at making the move work. Have nothing but praise for this team and company that made a typically grim process, quick, painless and extremely well done. If/when you are planning a move look no further, they are top notch.

Boris and his crew were great. Very efficient service and they checked thoroughly to make sure everything I needed to pack out made it to the destination. They quickly padded and reinforced what I'd packed to make sure it was safe. Definitely recommend them

Fidel and Cesar moved our 1 bd into the new unit in 90 minutes! Not a dent, ding, or scratch. Carefully wrapped the furniture items. Obviously know how to move, and experienced. Polite, professional. Would hire again, and highly recommend.
