Yohan and Sunny were awesome. They helped us navigate our trade in and got us into our Ioniq 5, which we LOVE. Everyone we talked to was welcoming. Didn't feel pressured or like I was going through an unclear process. Extra points for the in-house Hyundai pup, Sushi. My kiddos loved him. Would absolutely recommend this dealership.

For starters, these guys are legit. They run their store with precision and grace, and strive to help people get the best deal possible.
Debra helped us out with most of the particulars of buying our first new car. She patiently explained all the features of our 2024 Kona (some more than once) and walked us through connecting the car to our phones.
David was focused on the financial side and scored us an outrageous deal on our extended warrantee.
Thanks for all your help, team! Hope you got some sleep after we kept you so late.

My husband and I just purchased a Tucson hybrid at Doug's Hyundai in Edmonds. Our salesman, Yohan Bong, was patient and respectful. The finance manager, Max, carefully explained the financial details. We are pleased with our experience buying a car at Doug's.

Do Not use this service dept. The service dept does not do what they say they did on the paperwork. I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change. I asked before and after if they were going to rotate the tires. They said yes they did do it. There are markings on my rims where they are scratched and shows that they did not rotate my tires. This also happened to me once before during an oil change. They lied and said they did when they didn't. They also do not vacuum out my car ever. I had to ask them to vacuum it out after they handed me the keys. A couple months ago I needed a new head gasket. I had an 8:45am appointment. The service guy said it would take a couple hours. It ended up taking all day and they did not offer a ride home which they do provide as a service, not to me I guess. Also when I bought my car it said free oil changes and car washes for 3 years, what they did not tell me was that I only got 1 free oil change/car wash per year. Misleading advertisement. Overall skip this service dept. Go to Seattle Hyundai where they treat you with more respect and actually DO the work on your car and wash your car, which Lynnwood Hyundai no longer provides. No car washes after working on your car. Poor customer service. I will never set foot in this dealership ever again. Reporting to the BBB as well for putting on a legal document that you did the work but did not. Refused to give me money back as well for a job not done. Awful customer service. This is the first and last car I will ever buy from here. I will go back to buying cars from Lynwood Honda where I bought my previous 2 cars. Better customer service there also.

Had a great experience at Doug’s Hyundai! Our consultant was Yohan and he was a great help to us he pretty much did everything for us so we can finish it all at Hyundai and just take our car! Max also helped us with all the paper works! Both were very kind and helpful, they know what they’re doing!!

Thank you to everyone here but especially Jon! He made buying a car so easy and painless! Everyone who helped us made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. They took their time and explained everything and answered any and all our questions! We highly recommend this place if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. And whenever we’re ready for another one we will definitely be going back!

I rescind my previous review. While I take responsibility for my part in not re-reviewing the contract prior to signing.
After a back and forth with my sales person, I agreed to a monthly price for a SIX year loan.
In the back room, I was upsold on gap coverage and extending my 5 year warranty to a 10 year at an additional $25 or so a month. Sure, why not.
While making a payment, I notice the total loan balance is higher than it should be. I go back to my contract and see it's set to a SEVEN year loan?
Again, I take my share of responsibility for not catching whatever bait and switch happened, but this is rediculous, and I cant give a good review for this.
