Half of what's available here has been returned already. They'll tell you it's no problem to return an item, but once you need to, they'll scrutinize the item and you for a reason to say no. The prices are only so-so anyway, so I'm not going back again.

I went in two weeks ago and they were just moving into their new location in Lynnwood so not all the merchandise was displayed in an easily accessible way. But once they're fully moved in this store will be good. It's a big location.

I'm a fan of this store. They have tons of inventory to look through and the prices are a fraction of retail. To all the reviews complaining about the selection...it's a warehouse outlet store,,, so if you're hoping to see Nikes latest drops or trending apparel, go to the Mall or an actual Dicks retail store smh. I've found some great items on several occasions. Most recently I was checked out by Joshua and while the store was fairly busy, he was friendly, efficient, and even folded the clothes I purchased.

You can find these brands on Amazon, which says a lot about this company. This company will put a mark-up and a Market Share above your daily life ! DSG brands are literally outsourcing from 3rd world Countries for Penny's on the dollar, importing... marking them up thousands of a percentage and selling them to us as Americans with a huge profit margin. BE AWARE!!!The in-store purchase return is impossible at this store. I have the receipt and bring the item for return. They somehow cannot process the return and I was told there is no proof this item was purchased in this store by the store manager. BUT I have the electronic RECEIPT!!! Then they check again, and told me their system is down cannot do anything except waiting for their system to comeback up. If the return cannot be made for in store return, then send me a shipping return label. But they have the policy the in-store purchase cannot be returned by mail. Well, then make sure your store is functional with knowledgeable staff to handle the in-store return. Also I called the customer service line, none of them can help if it is in-store return. Dont expect any return if you'd like to purchase at this store.

This store sucks. They have no selection of anything its just the same 150 dollar pants over and over on a rack. The shoe selection is TERRIBLE. they don't even have shelve. The shoes are all just thrown on a big table. No wonder they only have 1 star

i bought 5 shoes and the MANAGER MATT just let me return ONE (1) per day. so, i just bought 5 shoes in ONE ORDER and i only can return ONE per day… (?) we are in 2023 already guys come on

Wow the place just sucks! It's like the leftover merchandise nobody wanted. No need looking for a service representative for assistance cause that's not happening. Just tables of stuff in the empty warehouse that I think use to be a DICKS SPORTING GOODS. Now it's just the place for bargain outdated cloths that should be just donated to a village in Africa or better yet to the people of Maui that can use this stuff. Close this place down it's depressing and had nada I needed.

disgusting service! I was sent the wrong product, they took $ 10 for delivery, and they simply refused to return the money for delivery. Although my fault in their incompetence is absolutely not! and the manager, when asked “why”, generally began to kick me out of the store! I do not recommend to anyone! JUST TERRIBLE!'

I bought a shoes that as no tag and box and i cannot return it because it doesnt have tag and box. That doesnt make any sense!And staff told me it impossible but it is,i even help the staff took picture of the same shoes tag for her when i check out.I bought shoes many times, they ask only do you need a box or not, they have never told that i need box if i want to return. But one staff told me she know her staff did.She made me feel like i lie to them while im telling the truth. I drove there 40mins cannot return and felt like a lier.

If you looking for shoes and apparel (mostly golf) it is a great place to shop. Accessories, such as hats are also priced well.
