absolutely no stars for this horror story. And unfortunately, it's hard to believe but true. A couple of weeks ago I went to have my hair cut here. It went very well and the woman was very nice. I told her I wanted to have my hair colored and she made an appointment. She said her daughter would be doing it and she would be excited. A week later I stopped in to change the appointment slightly because they changed my schedule at work. I came at 12:30, the time I had told the mother. The daughter started screaming at me that I was 40 minutes late, that I was supposed to be there at 1. I looked at her strangely and told her I had changed it to 12:30. She said no, I had changed it to 12. I looked at her strangely again. I said, does this mean you are not doing my hair, hoping she would say yes. I was getting frightened. She started barking at me, "how many foils do you want?", I said I don't know. "Why don't you know" she barked. She kept asking me terms I didn't understand (I was not the beautician, I was under the false impression that she was) in a tone that was unbelievable for a "business person." And I'm quite sure this woman would need to go to a dictionary to find out what a business person was. Finally, she asked me 'What made you decide to get a foil then." She was sneering. I got this feeling that I had better leave because I became frightened for my physical safety. The mother was just sitting there through all this staring blankly. I muttered something and ran from the assylum. If you must get your hair done here remember the mother does good work but call ahead to make sure the daughter has had her meds before you go.
