I've had consistently negative experiences at this CVS, mainly encountering a pharmacist named Mary who seems overwhelmed or uninterested in her job. After my last prescription, I've decided not to go there again.

How are they still open? When asked about a very common medication, CVS Pharmacy has told me, "We don't have it in stock and it comes in whenever. We don't know when our orders come in." What? If you don't know then who does? Shipping is not magic.

This place is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. I very rarely take time out of my day to write a review but hope to deter anyone from using this place. They are always understaffed, hang up on customers, and cancel appointments with no notice.

I made an appt online for my COVID booster and my flu shot. I booked my appointment for 8pm, and I received both confirmation and reminder texts. I checked in online when I arrived and was told to proceed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was closed. Apparently, their hours had changed….three years ago. Why was I able to make an appointment for this time slot? The Target employee was very apologetic and explained that CVS is separate from Target, and that many customers have come to pick up their RX only for the pharmacy to be closed already. Absolutely ridiculous that the website and the pharmacy have not communicated their correct hours to each other. I wanted the Target gift card with my vaccines, but after this experience, I’ll go elsewhere.

10 minutes of phone menu games re-routing you to the same options and doing everything in its power to prevent you actually speaking to a real human being. It’s infuriating. How can you have so many 1 stars and think “this is fine for our company, let’s change nothing“.The actual employees at this location have always been helpful and nice to me. I feel bad they are associated with such a garbage lack of customer service system CVS forces you to use if you call them.Do you even want anyone’s business?CVS 0/10. Last resort for me.Pharmacist and technicians at this location 10/10.

I am impressed by the customer service and the speed. I thought I might need to wait one hour for my prescription, but it was ready before I showed up. The pharmacist was very nice to me. Overall I will recommend this place.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy Technician is always mad and rude. He wants you in and out as quick as possible. This Pharmacy Technician never offers you to speak to a Pharmacist for a consultation for new medications

Not the most helpful pharmacy. Maybe they're super busy all the time, I'm not sure. I had to transfer to this one because of insurance, I called to order prescription the guy said they have to get the prescription directly from the my previous pharmacy. My previous pharmacy told me to have CVS call them and the guy said he would call them and that he would call me back when it's ready. I asked if it would be done the same day he said they prefer to have at least 48 hours. I've never heard of that before, all the other pharmacy I've ever been to have always had things done the same day or next day. I didn't hear back that day so I waited til the next day to call and check again, got a different person on the phone and she told me the previous guy never even called my old pharmacy to get my prescription. So I asked this person to call and she said she would. I waited another couple days, called back to see if it's ready. Got a different person on the phone, I asked if my prescription was ready and she said no they haven't started on it. Finally she was able to complete my order in a few hours. The lack of communication and service at this place is crazy. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs their meds quickly. I used to go to the fred meyer one and I miss that one, I wish my insurance still cover there.

The main pharmacist at the Alderwood target cvs pharmacy at 4:30pon Saturday,February 4th, 2023, has to be the rudest pharmacist I have ever seen. He is curt and blunt and non apologetic. He does not answer questions efficiently and will walk away from you without explaining that he is getting someone else to help. He obviously does not like his job and does not want to be there. If the pharmacy wasn't the closest one to our house, we would definitely go to a different one. He has been this way for the last year. Cvs also sent a communication to my husband to call them about a prescription and after a total of an hour on hold from calls at 3 different times of the day, I finally went in and the pharmacist said he just wasn't answering the phone because the line in the store was too long and was non apologetic. Something needs to be done. It is very unpleasant to shop there.

Just got denied service because I don’t have insurance and wanted to pay out of pocket for my prescription. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to be discriminated against. Fred Meyers down the st is much faster and has folks who actually like their job.

I’m shocked by all the negative reviews and most are probably from annoyed Karen’s making up stories or heavily exaggerate with nothing better to do in their day. My wife has been using this pharmacy for over a year 1-2 times a month plus helping finding items in that area of the store. They all have been nothing but great and helpful, never in line more than 1-5 minutes. Never had a prescription mess up or filled wrong or late. Everyone that works there has been very kind.

My doctor switched my adhd medication and the pharmacist just canceled my prescription because they assumed my doctor made a mistake. If you are unfamiliar with the new medicine, how about you look into it rather than just make bold assumptions that you know everything. I also believe they may have ordered in the wrong medicine, because they assumed it was for adderall. When I was in the store asking about it, the pharmacist gas light me saying that the medicine I was asking for wasn’t a thing.

Alderwood Pharmacy Lynnwood customer service is the worst. I have been on hold two different times today for over an hour each time. If it was something that could be handled online, don’t they know we would do that? Answer the phone!!!!! I will be transferring all my meds to a different pharmacy. Today.

I can never get the help I need at this pharmacy. I’ve waited in line as the only person in line for over 10 minutes while the pharmacists did other things without acknowledging me. I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes when calling with important questions. I will be switching pharmacies to a place I don’t feel unwelcome or feel like a burden.

RUDE STAFF. Went to inquire meds with my father. There was only one pharmacist we saw, a lady, and she said she could help us. We had 4 different meds to get price quotes on and we went through each one by one and wrote it down as we spoke. When my father asked to confirm the price for one of the meds just to double check, the lady replied “did you not write it down?” And added “did you not write anything down?” With an attitude When it was obvious we were. Her sudden change of tone shocked us. We went to walmart pharmacy right after and they were super fast and gave us a price quote of all the meds we asked on a neatly printed paper.
