I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.

Came in 10/9/22 @ 11:50. My phone was getting a few years old and the screen cracked so we wanted to upgrade but the girl behind the counter was not helpful. We wanted to know the price and specs between the different phones but the girl said its on the phone screens but majority of the phones wouldn't even turn on and she didnt even come to help turn them on amd just stood behind the counter and mumbled. So we ended up leaving. If that was my business I wouldnt hire her.

Walked in, a girl behind the counter was not welcoming. I said we would like to see about up grades, she said the info is on the screen of the phones most were turned off, she barely looked up from her phone, some wouldn't turn on so I asked do you know anything about the phones she said it's all on the phone screen. Worst customer service ever. We walked out. Not another person was even in the store. Verizon had offered some deals and we wanted to see what cricket cricket would offer as we have been with them for years. Guess Verizon will get our business.

Your location Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer 22511 Hwy 99, Edmonds, WA 98026 Cell phone store tim lambert 39 points 17 hours ago Went to the cricket store for new phones. They quoted a price, we made the purchase, then they needed a $100 for transfer of service and activation. So we said we changed our minds and would like to return the phones. They did less the $100. They said they can't give that back. So we paid $100 for absolutely nothing. Called cricket, they said the same thing. Cricket wireless has got to be about the worse wireless service there is. Dishonest Thieves.

Every time I go into this location the staff are rude and off-putting. They don't even help out nicely they just do bare minimum with their answers and information about their phones.In fact, one lady there just discourages me from getting a phone (this has happened on 3 separate occasions.) When I ask questions, her answers are short and unhelpful. She'll talk to me as if I couldn't afford the phones I'm inquiring about and then walk away while I'm still trying to ask questions... I only go here because it's close to my house and the other one is not convenient for me to go to. However, after the THIRD TIME being here and being treated so dismissively, I'll be going to another location from now now. Bad customer service. Don't recommend this branch... Stay away if you want actual help!
