Rooms: The rooms were spacious and quiet. The only draw back I had to any part of the room was the fact there wasn't anywhere you could hang your clothing in the bathroom so you don't have to get changed in the room or right outside the bathroom.Food & drinks: It's pretty close to the Alderwood Mall, so there are lots of different food places to enjoy.

I wanted to especially leave a review regarding this hotel. There had been an issue with the third party virtual card. The hotel manager Garrett went above and beyond to fix this problem. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. Fixed the issue I couldn’t be happier. They treat you like family. And the rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back. Thank you for all you did and your awesome employees made my stay wonderful!!! I will be back.!!Rooms: Clean and comfortable!!Food & drinks: Great food and great friendly service!!

This should be considered a transitional review - we arrived for a 4 day long weekend to discover road and light rail construction going on - restricting easy access to the streets, and definitely curtailing any traveling by foot that I would normally have chosen for neighborhood destinations.In the future - when the light rail station is built across the street and the roads are fixed, this could be a nice hub for day tripping.

Visiting relatives from the East Coast. This hotel is an AWFUL HELLISH DUMP!!! CONSTRUCTIONS all around but that’s not the worse. BAD CHEMICAL ODOR as soon as you enter the lobby. It permeates the whole building. Front desk girls are there for their pay checks. No customer service whatsoever.I felt uneasy heading to the bedroom as it’s SO RUN DOWN AND DIRTY EVERYWHERE! THE ROOM SMELLED A MIX OF PEE, SMOKE AND MOLD!!! CARPET IS HUMID, DIRTY WITH SPOTS OF BLACK TAR!! What the hell!I just couldn’t stay. A few minutes in, I called front desk. I was offered another room. After realizing how unsafe the elevator was, I refused to stay. A BOOM and it SHAKED!!!They charged me $100 pet fee!!! I was in there a few minutes. My kitty stayed in the carrier the whole time. It’s outrageous!Any good reviews can only be FAKE REVIEWS. DON’T COME HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The whole building smells and depending on the room it was better or worse. Everything is old and dated. We even had a working girl fighting with her “manager” on the phone. If you know what I mean.Sorry Mariott but won’t be back.Hilton Garden Inn is right done the street and that’s where I went.

I stayed at a very outdated hotel yesterday so I was so glad this hotel looked clean and modern. My room was on 2nd floor facing the parking lot, but it's not too noisy thankfully.

be careful about the charging. I was charged extra for my stay in July 4th, when I called hotel manager, he promised to refund me and email me for confirmation. but it never happened till today. if you have to book it, it is better to watch the bill before you check out.

Really good. Pool was smaller than most. Cozy though. Hot tub was nice. Beds comfy and clean. Room needs a touch up, no fan in the bathroom. All the hinges were rusted.

I am updating this review after the worst night sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. I woke up at least 10 times in the night to the traffic sounds. I was so extremely tired and really needed a good night's sleep. I will get that on the plane home, I guess.I am a Marriott Bonvoy platinum member. I arrived at the hotel and they put me in the room closest to the highway. I was also given an accessible room. I asked if they had anything else and they said they were sold out. Why put one of your highest Marriott levels in the worst room of the hotel. Very dated sofa. It sounds like I am sleeping on the highway.

I'm honestly not sure how this place has such good reviews. My room was dark, dank, and smelled like must - like it hadn't had any circulating air for a month. I also didn't love being on the ground floor facing the courtyard as a solo female traveler. The next morning when I grabbed a coffee and sat outside in the courtyard, there were cigarette ashes all over the furniture and floor. That was kind of yucky. Though, I did appreciate the free good coffee in the morning!

Pros: rooms are spacious, indoor pool and onsite coin laundry.Cons: Right next to the freeway woth poorly insulated windows. Can hear everything and it's so loud vould not sleep thr 4 nights I was here.Cleaning service did not come by for the first 2 days, I requested daily service.Minimal parking options.Staff was friendly enough, at check it it seemed that the front desk gal was very new or was just very slow. It took her 10 min to check us in and the family before us.The room are dated. Looks like they haven't updated since the 80s. The bathroom set up is awful and old.The single elevator was so SLOW it took gor ever. There's also this weird exposed area in the attached pictures.Conclusion I will not be staying here again.
