Over 95% of the items they carry are unique from a regular Costco. Want to buy an entire goat, food storage containers, 5 gallons of kalamata olives and 200 croisants. This is the only place to go.

They carry slightly different items from regular Costcos. Parking may be a bit challenging at times.

Long way from where I live. Store does not have things like clothes, books, furniture, etc. lots of kitchen gadgets and packaged meats are conveniently packed in many cases. Bought a four pack of boneless rib steaks. Very good. Plan to buy more when I visit.
Candy…don’t bring the kids. My gosh there are all kinds, a lot packed for resale. They also sell gas.

This is an amazing place. Like a Costco and a US Foods Chef Store combined! Probably the most convenient way to buy and stock a vending machine there is.
And if you wanted a "vending machine" amount of something, this satisfies it.
In fact, if you want an industrial kitchen bucket size of it, they probably have that too. Enough soy sauce to dispense freely at a party, reception, mitzvah, etc!
I got 4 pounds of hot wings for the cost of 1.5 from a retail store, and it was divine.
This is the true value of a Costco membership.
