I came to do some shopping today and I was behind one customer and then the chaser told me to put the small items out before she even finished scanning the first customer items her name is jule I think from Asia if you have more employees who have the same name if that help to describe who she was. And while I was putting the items out and her helper was next to her I was still putting the small item out from my cart because my cart kind of full with big items, so I was carrying the big item with on hand and putting out the small items with another hand and finally her helper came to help me and then she just told me to give her my costco card I was so mad how she is approaching me she should even wait a little bit. what kind of customer service is that? So I asked her why she is rushing me and she start to scan the items and I repeat and ask her why she is doing this she ignored me even give me her back not even say sorry.

It's Costco...it's awesome! I'll cop to it, I'm a fan. I've been going to this Costco since they opened. At first I was concerned about crowds and traffic -- and, yes, there are plenty of times when it's crowded and there is a fair amount of traffic in the area. But, it's not as bad as I feared (although it's getting worse).Service has always been good for us. Well, there was the time when they lost our pizza order...but, stuff happens. And, there was the time when some guy ordered something like 40 pizzas on a Friday at dinner time. That tied things up for well over an hour. The guy could have been more thoughtful about it and Costco could have handled it better. But, generally, they handle tons of traffic/food orders with relative grace and often deserve praise for dealing with the pressure calmly. The only reason I didn't give them five stars are (1) their salmon has become very hit and miss (sometimes it's great, other times it's far from fresh and you sometimes can't tell until you get it home), and (2) they stopped selling the polish dogs at the food court. As always, many things are a great value, but you have to watch what you buy -- not everything is a great deal. Overall, very worth while, though. Now that I've sung their praises (as deserved), please don't go there...so, I can continue to find parking and walk the aisles without crowds! :-)

Update: The asian lady optometrist gave me the wrong prescription. One year later, used the prescription she gave me to buy a pair of glasses at Warby Parker. Got headaches and nausea and couldn't even wear them for 5 minutes.Had to write back to Warby to request a return of the glasses due to wrong perception, see a new doctor who GAVE ME MY ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION as the correct one. Reordered Warby glasses. Whole process took 2 months.Updating because I would hate to see someone else get a WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I know not everyone has great insurance and it sure as hell was inconvenient. Don't go to the Lynnwood Costco Asian lady optometrist UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LESS THAN AND GET A WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Worst experience ever

After a few years of coming to the Lynnwood location, I've realized how much I genuinely enjoy this store. They have such an awesome supply and I'm very happy with the items I bring home. My opinion regarding produce still stands, but I'm more careful about what I'm buying. All their other food items are great! We've even upgraded our membership since my last review!

I love going to Costco, but todays trip was slightly ruined by the worst tasting mango smoothie ever! The food court mango smoothie is worse than the berry one they used to have, and that one was really bad! Don't get the mango smoothie, it's a waste of $4

I don't usually write reviews, but this needs Costco's corporate attention! I was in the self-checkout line today, and a Costco rep asked me to check my membership and wanted to see a picture behind the card, which I felt was very unusual for self-checkout. I told her that this is my wife's membership card, and she's at work. She said I couldn't use this card and that I would need a membership card, which I cannot share. And goes on to tell me that it's like a driver's license; you can't share it. My mother was with me, and she showed her membership card instead of using my wife's, which I also explained that they're both under the same membership account. She wouldn't listen and kept repeating that I would need a membership, which is like a driver's license; it cannot be shared. I feel very insulted and was targeted perhaps because of my color of skin or the way I looked. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior towards a customer and a long-term member. I wrote this to let Costco know that if this is the way you're pushing people to get memberships, then you might be losing more members before you get new ones. Please don't be rude, explain the right way, and listen to your customer first!

How I heard of this place: My parents! They got a membership when Costco first opened in Bellingham, and were blown away by the prices at the Food Court. They took me, now I take my kids. Type of cuisine: Fast food. Hot Dogs, Sodas, Pizza, Chicken Bake, Soft Serve Ice Cream. The selection is limited, but the options seem sufficient for the endless lines and streams of diners. Ambiance: A food court. Plastic tables with attached bench seating (set too far back for children and smaller sized adults), linoleum flooring, fluorescent lighting. You order at the kiosks, pick up at the counter and take your paper-packaged foods to the tables or to go. No frills. But that must keep the costs down. What I ordered: We have tasted most of everything on the menu at this point - even back in the days when they had salads and acai bowls - but the go-to is always the $1.50 hot dog whilch includes a fountain beverage and the slice of pizza. What I loved: It's fast, it's cheap. Why I loved it: Simplicity. Cost: Low

We had someone fraudulently charge almost $800 to our card at this location. Our bank couldn't prove it was fraud since it was done in our geographical area so I reached out to the branch administration team and they took care of us right away. It's great to know that such a large company values and takes care of their customers. Thank you Costco Alderwood we really appreciate you!

Come for the Rotisserie Chicken, the toilet paper and of course the samples. Stay for the inflation proof hot dogs and a slice of pizza. You literally can't go wrong at Costco. That said, nothing special about this one but it has everything you need.

Alysha casher is very rude. Never had a costco casher tell me to but all items out of cart. then Items were stacked in cart loose when told to box them. Items then of course fell from cart when heading to car.

This is my favorite store. I shop here weekly, the staff are personable and efficient, and I love their selection, quality and customer service. The parking is usually much better than other local costcos. Costco is the best store and this is the second best costco I have ever been to (because Maui costco is AMAZING, especially after you have tried grocery shopping elesewhere in Maui.)

So highly confused on why Costco is only 3-3.5 stars. Some people are so critical of the smallest details that they forget that Costco is a fantastic place to buy in bulk, have free samples, cheapest gas around, very gracious return policy, $5 rotisserie chickens, and $1.50 hot dogs WITH a drink? You can't find deals like that anymore. This Costco pretty much is in line with every other Costco. Lots of companies out there forget that the customer is the most important part of their business. Costco didn't change, and they don't change because they know this simple concept. If you keep your customers happy, they'll keep coming back and will continue to buy more. I absolutely love Costco. I buy weekly/monthly groceries here and there's not many other places that can be better. They even got wagyu steaks, lobster tails, KING CRAB, and all kinds of fancy to healthy items.

Update: Compliments to the chef! Thanks for cooking the rotisserie chicken better! Got a good one - was juicy and less greasy, just the right amount of salt. Also, I think this location has the best layout. Feels very comfortable shopping here.

I live closer to the Everett store but I shop here because I like it better. The parking lot layout is really nice. It's hard to get a bad spot unless the store is really busy. The employees are all nice and quick to check you out. I also appreciate having self checkout. I don't always buy a lot so it's nice that I can check out quickly. There are many times that the store isn't packed with people and it's a pleasant shopping experience.

The Costco squad is WORKING today. And they understood the assignment. Thought I would be safe and came in on a Monday afternoon and it was slammed. Then I found a huge couch I had to have. One left. God bless it- now I need to coordinate a truck. Amy was super help with this along with a young man who helped us load it onto a flatbed. In the hustle, we left our cart. Employees thought it was go backs and took it away. With my purse inside! Ahh! Not their fault- also props to getting on abandoned carts so quickly. Moana understood my panic and immediately got on the radio to find it. Found and all is well.As we loaded the 6 enormous boxes, 3 employees cameover and offered to help. Everyone worked so smoothly and efficiently- no wait time- even in a packed location. Kudos to whoever did the hiring- friendly and hardworking staff. Also cheers to the worker who had to chase Dow someone not wearing a mask. That's a rough job and I salute you!
