It was our first experience of home buying and I am so thankful and grateful that we went through the process together with Ilya Kosenkov! Ilya is absolutely professional, responsive and he throughly explained everything we needed to know about the signing process, starting with pricing and ending with where to sign. It was our first experience of home buying and I cannot even express how lucky and grateful we are to work with Ilya. The process was extremely smooth and fast. Ilya got all needed paperwork in order so fast, that we were even able to close the transaction faster if we wanted to. Ilya was answering the phone even on the weekends, which was much appreciated since we were looking at the houses during the weekends. Thank you Ilya for the great experience! Highly recommend.

Ilya did a great job securing a mortgage for our primary residence in the Seattle area. He very clearly explained the process and what was happening at each step. He worked with me to make sure I was ready and able to supply all of the necessary documentation to support my loan application, making the entire process very easy and very comfortable. He was able to answer all the questions I had throughout. I would certainly work with him again without hesitation and highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Ilya at Cornerstone Home Lending, the whole experience was not what I was expecting at all. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he answered every question we had with ease and guided us through each step precisely.
