The service is slow. I came in for a DOT physical. I needed to bring back extra paperwork to complete the physical. When I returned with the requested paperwork, the physician was unable to go back into my profile to update the missing information. I called the office the next day and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone would talk to me about my DOT card. Even then, the person still didn’t know what happened with the system.

The people are great, and the service is just fine. Really the only problem is having to wait way too long to be seen. What should take an hour or two ends up taking four hours. Other than that everything is good.

I got there and registered. They asked for my driver's license and wrote my name on the patient's check in form. Each visitor's name are then erased or covered with a white out to maintain patient's confidentiality. I had a waiting time of more or less 20 minutes. I didn't mind waiting that much as long as they're doing their job precisely. I went there only for my job's mandatory drug screening. As soon as my name was called, I was escorted by a female nurse/cna and was handed over to a guy who instructed me to leave my personal belongings in the drawer, I was instructed about the sample collection part and was given a cup. I'm a Medical Technologist so every step of the way was familiar to me. It was a seamless service and everything was fast and easy during pre-analytic phase of the process. Overall, I would suggest having the test done here. I was there on a Friday morning, so I wasn't so sure of the full day volume of patients coming in for a medical and lab services.

The staff is nice and professional. But the last three visits I have been there no less than an hour and a half. This last visit was an hour and 45 minutes. The longest was two and a half hours. The long wait times is not a fluke, it is a consistent problem.

I got there on a Saturday 30 minutes before they opened for a drug screen for work. The line was already 7 people deep and 5 people lined up behind me. Two people who were behind me in line were called back to get their drug screens before me which makes no sense because I turned in my paperwork before them. No one was even called back until about 935. Really slow relative to other concentras I’ve gone to who call back people almost immediately. Drug screen was quick and the tech was nice.

It was actually a great visit. Staff were awesome too. The ONLY thing i didnt like was the wait, i waited 3 hours for my DOT physical. only recommendation is get there early. i was there on a Saturday.

We had an appointment at 9am. They open at 9am with a line out the door for walk ins. No line for appointment check ins. We arrived at 8:50, I called a few times since we were at the back of the line. They checked us in via phone and had us take a seat. At 9:35 he finally gets called back. In my experience at a doctors office an appointment happens at the time it’s scheduled. Usually because people have lives, jobs and families to go back to afterwards. We don’t have time to wait all morning. That’s why we scheduled an appointment. Very slow staff, and they don’t respect appointment times. After having the original appointment my partner was told he’d be cleared to go back to work with modified duty. I get a doctor doesn’t understand the physical demands of a fire fighter but when it’s explained there is no modified duty and the doctor still doesn’t listen to his patient it’s a recipe for disaster. Let me explain, four able bodied men on a shift for 24 hours. Physical labor all day and maybe if you’re lucky 3-5 hours of sleep at night. My partner had a sprained ankle and that thing has been swollen for about 5 days now. He can’t even zip his work boots on. Tell me again doctor.. modified duty? Would not come here again.

I arrived before the business opened on a Saturday and got into a fairly long line. Despite that, the staff was efficient and competent. They were not flustered or irritated which helped everyone else stay calm. The shining star was the bedside manner of my provider David Card. Although the news I received was shocking, his reassuring tone and confidence allowed me to take it in. I felt very cared for.

Employees wearing “I dont care i only work here pin” at an urgent care center.INTERESTING to notice that the owner only replies to 5 star reviews and is oblivious just like the employees to patients who were not treated right.And they work like that as well. They are so busy in their office gossip they said no to giving me a reciept or anything for vaccination take, I had to come back and ask someone else and they asked for the proof.Safe to say won’t be coming again if urgent care is needed and advise other people to do the same.

No matter what concentra you go to they are so slow and very unorganized. You can go in for a simple drug test that takes 5 mins and it takes 2-3 hours. Sadly any work place that I’ve used contracts out to them so they are still in business. So terrible. I hate going here because it’s always like 3 hours for something so simple. I wish employers wouldn’t use them and they would go out of business. Also they employee very interesting healthcare workers. Not someone I would want to get my care from.

Omg they're slow. I waited for an hour and a half. The person who came in with me for the same thing was in and out in an hour. The front desk staff are nice but the back staff assistant didn't seem to like her job.

Only giving two stars because the staff was nice or it would be 1 star. Walked in for a pre employment drug screening and was there for almost 2 hours. Watched two people take time out of their day and have to leave before they got called in.

Test said saliva, so after waiting an hour I used the bathroom. There was a mix up, so I had to wait a long time for my bladder to fill. The new woman was supposed to wait for her supervisor, but didn’t and gave me the wrong saliva test; found out after 10 minutes in my mouth. Extremely long wait periods; my boss thought I was screwing around. Not the friendliest front desk. TV in waiting room had very political WOKE programming. I give it -1 out of 10 stars.

The people up front were so friendly and accommodating. I came in for a physical, and even though it was late and they were going to close soon? They still accepted me.And especially the physician there was so kind and helpful. Quick and friendly. You don’t get that much anymore, from anyone. So thank you for all you do! And still doing it with empathy, and a smile on your face!Thanks again!!!

Everyone who worked here was wonderful and kind. I went on a Saturday morning and they were very short staffed after multiple callouts. I was there 20 minutes before they opened and I was there 2.5 hours after. Thank you to the workers who did show up and were kind with smiles on their faces.
