Requested style: I have short curly hair that had been over-cut at a different salon. Needed someone to fix it and brought photos of the type of style I wanted. Laura took the basic style and adapted it to my hair and face. The cut she gave me held the styling for about 5 weeks. Second session was even better since she had more hair to work with. Best cuts I've had since moving to Washington a year ago. Definitely returning.
Stylist: MY stylist was Laura and I think she is terrific.

Top notch salon, Aveda products, fantastic atmosphere, welcoming staff, stylist did an excellent job, super comfortable treatment, impressed with the friendliness and my hair looks fantastic.

I booked a new talent Bailey, not really knowledgeable, head massage wasn’t good and not satisfied with the blow dry too. When a feedback was given, that I was expecting more curls for blow dry, she just said sorry and there was no attempt to make it right. Do not recommend. Paid $76, which is pricey for a new talent. Proper training need to be given.Service: Hairstyling

So, my daughter (14) and I have been going to Laura for a few years and always have had a wonderful relaxing experience with her. She is so understanding with my hair expectations and can easily make my teenager feel like she is ready to rule the world ! Laura was kind enough to give me a .haircut when the new talent fell behind. But unfortunately it seems as if she was trying to give me a Great Clips cut instead of a high end salons' Maybe because she was only getting 50.00? I dont know but I feel as if I was fighting tooth and nail to get her to cut it the way I wanted it. Overall i was in and out in about 30 minutes,, the haircut is mediocre, the experience was frustrating and i will not be returning again.Service: Haircut

I highly recommend Kayla! Exactly 1 week ago she did my foilayage and it turned out absolutely perfect- she really understands the art of hair color and I'm so happy with how mine turned out. She took the time to ask me exactly what I was looking for, and I'm glad she explained the parameters of how to best achieve and maintain what I wanted. I couldn't be more grateful for finding someone so accommodating and patient- she was so friendly and easy to talk to, and was happy to accommodate coordinating my appointment during my visit from the UK! ?? I will be booking with Kayla again during my next visit and I'm already looking forward to it!

Sydney does a fantastic job whenever my wife and I come in for any sort of service. From a wash, to a trim, to a full color, she’s your girl for getting what you want accomplished! Chroma as a salon is also great! Beverages for people waiting, stylish staff, clean environment, and just an all around great vibe. Thanks again for all your hard work Sydney! Let me preface this by saying this is truly my opinion. The hair stylists are great, specifically Lauren. I did get my hair colored recently and there was some miscommunication between me and the stylist about my color choice. It didn’t come out like I wanted it to and when I called to have them help make it right I was kind of just told the price to get it fixed which was already expensive considering my previous color. I would have appreciated a “sorry you don’t like your color!” And then would have paid. I’m not really coming back because of this experience but that is not to say these ladies don’t do a good job!

Love this place! Kayla has been my stylist for years. She is consistently wonderful. I like the ambience of the salon & I like that the products are not tested on animals.

The worst haircut of my life. After butchering my hair, I asked her to fade the top and sides because it looked like she had cut my hair with a bowl on my head. She said she didn't have the tools to do that and I should go to a barber. Then as I was leaving, the rest of the employees gaslit me, complimenting how good the cut looked and telling the stylist she did a great job.My wife laughed out loud when I walked in the door. I went somewhere else the next day so a competent stylist could try to salvage the situation. There was only so much that could be fixed since she had shaved fully bald spots on the back of my head.I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a men's haircut.Service: Haircut
