Manager Madison was extremely rude and unhelpful. As a loyal customer, I was shocked that she sold me a display shoe that was full of hair. On the other hand, employee Gabe was very helpful and respectful. He went above and beyond to solve the problem, even taking the time to clean the shoe for me, which is the only reason I ended up purchasing it today.

Great customer service, love the options. They let you order online and shipping is EXTREMELY FAST Even for the holiday season. Got my order in 48 hours to my house. I appreciate the fast delivery since they are a Christmas gift.
