My experience with this company is that they advertise cars at prices they dont ever expect to sell the cars for and when you arive they tell you that the car has just been sold. Then they try and sell you a much more expensive car. Avoid this compamy they are dishonest in my opinion.

Had a fantastic experience with Castle Auto. Alfredo is the man and they were all insanely helpful and poignant. Would definitely shop with them again. The exact opposite of the “slimy car salesman” and I’m normally a hater. Bought a 2013 Subaru and the whole thing went super smooth.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I was an out of state customer and was very interested in a 1999 Ram 2500 diesel they had in stock. Because I was out of state I tried to contact them for videos and pictures of the truck like it says they are happy to provide on their website. After waiting 3 days for a response one of their sales people Anthony finally responded to my inquiries. After another couple days of begging for videos of the vehicle I was finally sent low quality videos of the vehicle that were shot at weird angles as if to hide something. I inquired to Anthony about any problems with the truck such as oil leaks maintenance records etc. He told me “it’s a really solid truck” and assured me there were no leaks and that the transmission had just been rebuilt. I decided that it was worth making the trip up to take a look. Once I arrived I didn’t feel that I was greeted with any type of customer service whatsoever as if they could care less whether they received my business or not. This was shown not only by Anthony but also the sales manager John. After I finally got someone to help me they gave me the keys and just said go take a look at it and then left me at the vehicle all alone, once again giving the impression that they could care less if they received my business. Immediately after seeing the truck there were obvious problems that were never disclosed to me before I made the long trip up to see the vehicle. The driver side passenger window was completely broken not even sealed to the truck. The driver side passenger door also did not even open it was completely broken. Upon further inspection of the underside of the truck there was a large transmission leak on the supposedly “rebuilt” transmission. The truck was in awful condition and nothing like what it was portrayed to me through videos and phone conversation. When I voiced my concern to Anthony and John it was met with a rather careless attitude they would not barley even look at me to give me the time of day, probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership ever. I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I did when I travelled all the way up to Washington to look at a vehicle at Castle Auto that they told me was in amazing shape but I would never recommend wasting your time at this poorly run ramshackle operation. I was extremely disappointed by their lack of honesty and complete lack of putting the customer at the center of their business.

Jackie Nolan was amazing! I reached out to her in regards to interest in a vehicle, she was quick to provide details and answer any questions I had via text message. I requested walk around videos and she instantly supplied them. We set to meet up for a test drive and talk about financing, next day we ended up closing a deal!! Couldn’t had asked for a more flawless, detail oriented transaction! Thank you again Jackie!

From start to finish they handled everything great ! We live 2 hours + away did everything over the phone and online the truck was delivered to us ! Clean with a fresh tank of gas ! Even the hick-up with the door handle was taken care of right away, and it was no fault of there own. Would recommend ? John was great and I will be buying my next vehicle from them as well

This dealership sells lemons ! I had bought a van from them, less then a year later the engine is completely blown and is unuseable. Thanks castle for such terrible service.

Simon has made this experience worth buying a vehicle from castle auto. He went beyond not just only finding the right truck for my kids and I, but assisting with everything needed to be done before I took the truck home.
