Blown away by the integrity, efficiency, and respectful service of Carter Acura: * Highly competent mechanical expertise and experience * Honest - clear explanations advising against unnecessary costly repairs recommended by a mechanic out of the area * Efficient - for drop off and pick up, I was in and out as quickly as possible * A1 service - extensive car repair was completed before expected, and mechanical procedures were confirmed with other technical experts * Professional - Camille, Alix, and Carson demonstrated excellence with a smile. They were a breath of fresh air! The drop off and pick up were a part of a tightly scheduled day, sandwiched between appointments, and I didn't miss a beat, because of Carter Acura's highest quality of service.
