We are always treated with such kindness and respect when we come in here. Even during peak times or middle of the drops they are always patient and understanding. All staff are amazing but the one guy manager really seals the deal. Always leave with a smile on our faces.

We went for our son’s first birthday and it was such a bad experience. No one greeted us or offered to help us with the process. I went to the register to ask if we got the correct bear for “pay your age” and the girl was so rude saying “that’s one of them” in a snarky way. I think her name was Hannah not really sure but had some Pokémon symbols on her name tag. She also was the one who helped check us out and again was so rude. None of the employees seemed to like the job and weren’t interactive AT all. So sad I was really looking forward to doing this with our son on his first birthday. I went last month to a build a bear in California with my god daughter and the employees were the sweetest and sooo interactive it was such a nice experience.
If you can’t be cheery and nice why work at a place that has an expectation of “cheery, friendly” staff?

Had a great experience here, especially with the positive employees! Rex assisted us as we were building a turtle and he was so generous in helping us remove the clothing tags and helping us dress the plush right after checkout. Overall a really fun time and would come back for future plushes and gifts.

The BAB Team at this location are so patient, helpful and packed to the brim with energy. I don't really know how they do it, but they make every visit wonderful. They've helped me restuff and stitch up my older Hello Kitty BABs. I came by to get the gigantic Cinnamoroll, thanks to Trenton, who is always very nice and cheerful on the phone.
