WARNING WARNING DO NOT GO unless you like your car being DISMANTLED. My car bumper cover came off ! I had a free coupon and I usually go touchless car washes but I went to brown bear - stupid of me and I pulled over a mile after the car wash in a neighborhood to fix my driver mirror that got pushed in by the wash and THE FREAKIN BUMPER CAME OFF. Luckily 2 nice guys across the street came and helped me put it back on and pushed it in and said all the screws are gone. Last time I will ever go to a car wash. Don’t know how these car washes are allowed to operated if they damage cars.
UPDATE : my front lisence plate is also missing a screw and is bent. Free car wash more like free break your car.

This is the only place I go for my car washes now. I would use the self-service before. It took so much time out of my day. This is so quick and easy. It ends up costing about the same as the self service places.

Good machines and plenty of space. I do think their prices are exorbitant but that is also the Seattle factor.

I have used this (Lynnwood ) Brown Bear for about 3 years. The vacuuming stations are located where water isn't spraying back on your just washed car! That's why I use this location.
Today I brought my brand new(2024) car for it's first wash and the equipment put a scratch on the hood, down to the metal.
After I filled out my claim another young woman had the same issue.
I hope to have this resolved ASAP.
Not a happy camper and will be hand washing my car moving forward.

Got stuck about 5 feet in. Employees stopped the car wash but got it going again after bout 5 minutes. ?
