We had an elderly lady take her car in for a buyers inspection on a 28k mile BMW. They said the vehicle had several issues, with the most pressing issue being a rear main seal leak and oil pan gasket that would cost her over $5,000. I called and asked if they could repair these issues but was told they do not have a copy of this inspection (was done less than 24 hours ago) and do not work on BMW's. So, I had the vehicle inspected by a different shop and guess what......zero issues. This isnt incompetence or complaincency, this feels like something much worse

Bret's repair is great. I discovered his business when a family member brought their vehicle in for service. The local dealership's service center has gone downhill. I'm switching to Bret's for service and maintenance on all our cars.

The best, most trustworthy, friendly, understanding, flexible (to a degree); automotive shop in the business. People search far and wide for a shop that will shoot it straight and work with you to do the right thing.
Bret's is one of a kind, and it's only kind of a shame that so many people agree. They tend to be busy with all the hard work that's done. I drive from Everett to get work done because I've never had a bad experience here.

He is too crabby for me.Used bad plug wires and cheap plugs.Did not flush my power steering pump and it blew twice and took out the alternator...all charged to me.I had to pay 3k do undo it all.Warranty is not there.I am not a fan and got burned.
