Motivation without Humiliation! The trainers at Body By Burnis work with you in a small group setting. They are able to provide individual attention in a group setting. They will work on your form as well as give you alternative exercises if you have an injury. In the past 4 months since working out here, I have become stronger, healthier, and day to day tasks are easier to do.

This was my first time here, and my massage was with Chela Riggs. She did an Awesome job! I give her 5 stars! The dock in one star is because my appointment got mixed up at the front desk. Chela has great pressure, listens to you for your specific massage needs, and is very professional and friendly. She has been doing massage for quite a few years and understands the pressure points. I will definitely go back and see her again. I highly recommend her.

Black SUV with a big Body by Burnis logo all over License Plate #RTX 833 Was driving on I-5 near Lynnwood tailgating drivers at 60 mph plus within 2 to 3 feet of the bumper and they repeated to do this until the cars got out of their way. We all get in a hurry and do d*** things but not a good idea when you have your business logo'd all over your rig. I almost called the state patrol it was so bad.
