The staff at this location are pretty nice, very helpful! I haven’t had a bad experience at this location in years so if you need something they probably got it! four such a small store, they’ve got a lot of stuff packed in there. You should be able to find what you need.

The visit this time around was God awful. The cashier told me to go to the back when I asked about shoes and said somebody would be there to help me. When I got there I asked somebody do you work here. And just because I didn't say can you please help me he didn't not want to come around. At least that is what he told me. I thought he was just being funny but I felt it was very rude of him. Then he finally helped me pick out two pairs of shoes but I had immense problems pulling out my insoles that are very important to me out of my old shoes. He didn't help me with that. Then another associate came around and said that I needed the wide kind of shoe and that she would find some for me. After about 5 minutes I yelled out is anybody going to help me? The first man came around again and said should he call security , just because I had called out that is anybody helping me. Then finally the second lady came back with some shoes but said she couldn't find what I needed. An associate call Jackie finally saved the day. She found the right pair of shoes for me and helped me with my insoles that I was having such a hard time with even though she had long nails. I asked her name because I was so appreciative. I told her a number of times how appreciative I was. That is a real help - a person like that. I feel the first guy needs to be fired. So I guess I need to give them the rating two because out of three associates only one was really good.

Big 5 has always been able to hook me up with a skateboard and they have other great deals too. I like skating those recycled plastic penny boards. I use to always lose my board when I first got to Seattle the whole first year and 2nd lol.

The Manager David is Top Notch. Very knowledgeable and can help you with any questions you will have. Helped me get what I needed even if it wasn't at his store location. I've been to all the Big 5's in the area and this one by far is the best.
