“I have had some issues with service at other bike shops. Its worth traveling a little farther to have a staff that I trust work on my bikes.
Knowledgeable sales staff too.”

“I love this place. It's truly an amazing experience every time I visit. They are always so kind and eager to help. The inventory is insane. They have what you need. They do. Trust me.”

“Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. I went in to get my boots heat molded and the experience was awesome, the boots turned out perfect, they helped me with product recommendations, and they were quick to help me out. I also bought some bindings which ended up not working with my board due to the bolt pattern so I brought them back in the next day and they quickly helped me choose bindings that would fit my needs and exchanged them for me regardless of a slight price difference, no extra charge. I always recommend to all my skier/snowboarder friends to go there and check them out. They’re a ten all around!”

“I showed up with a need for a new battery in my electronic shifter paddle. I was able to leave the store paying only for the battery, but the labor involved was not trivial. It was good service with a nice conversation about cycling!”

“Love this shop! I wrench on my own bikes and stop in for a part from time to time. I *usually* know what I'm talking about, but they really know what's up and are friendly and helpful when I'm fuzzy on details/out of my depth.”

“Great customer service and really reasonable prices for servicing. I bought an e-bike online and needed to have it assembled. They not only took care of it same day, but were also less expensive than the other shops I called. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.”

“We recently stopped at Gregg's to get help rebuilding a 16 years old Giant FCR1 bike. The staff at Gregg's was very helpful explaining which parts we would need and how to install them ourselves. With that we were able to rebuild our bike using the parts and advice we received at Gregg's and saving several hundred dollars along the way. As a backup plan we had the helpful staff of Gregg's that we could fallback to for help, but luckily we didn't need to.Actually, a few weeks after rebuilding the bike we took it to Gregg's to get new pedals installed and while at it, Andreas at Gregg's service department, double checked our work and corrected a few minor mistakes, all without extra charge! We should mention that another bike store that we consulted before going to Gregg's suggested that buying a new bike would make more sense as rebuilding would cost as much as buying a new one!”

“I didn't actually visit but I called for some help. And although they couldn't fix the issue themselves, they suggested a few other bike shops that could help me. That was much appreciated.”

“Fantastic service, everything from basic tune-ups to rebuilding wheels! Support your local bike shop and be courteous, clean your bike before you take it in and don’t expect miracles the day before a major event. The shop is fantastic, I’ve had some cases where they were able to sort me out on the spot, which was great, but don’t expect that, some fixes require parts and quite a bit of time to complete.”
