I have gone to all the cleaners in the edmonds and Lynnwood area and by far Betty Brite has the best quality, best customer service and competitive pricing. I trust them with all fabric types and all my outerwear. Great place.

I was told on my receipt that two jackets would be sixty dollars and tax my daughter went and picked up the jackets for me when they finally opened up after weeks of being closed with no explanation why and she pays seventy seven dollars and change. She leaves and calls me saying how much it was and when I found out I was confused why it was so much because on the tag on the jackets it says thirty five for each then tax. I told her to go back inside and once she explained the lady didn’t really help her just saying that if it really mattered she could wait for the owner in a couple days. In all clothes were fine and clean but if you want to be over charged and wait weeks to get your clothes back come here

They do a really go job, but it's very expensive. I took 5 items to them to clean and they charged $96.00 - I've been going here for 8 eights or more and now looking for a new cleaners. They have just gotten too expensive.

I had my drapes - They are dry clean only, but my friends dog who was visiting urinated on them. I thought they were toast because I didn't notice for a few days where the smell was coming from... Somehow they cleaned them! Thank you!

Save yourself and do not go here! My dress shirts were un-wearable after their service. I had to go back 3 times with my laundry to show them how their pressing created such massive wrinkles that the shirts could not be worn. They took the shirts back, only after lengthy debate, and still came back looking like they were slept in. This business claimed my shirts were too small for their press machine; being someone over 6' tall I doubt this is the case. I will not be returning to this business again.

I've been using Betty for 10 years and have always enjoyed their service. However, they now have a dog on premises which barks and threatens customers every time I visit and they can't control the dog. I can no longer do business with them.

They do not post their prices and don't bother telling you that they charge more than double for large-sized men's shirts. We were shocked when we got the bill, and the shop owner was very unapologetic about it.

Betty Brite Dry Cleaners thank you for the beautiful work on the steaming, alterations, and dry cleaning the clothing brought in. The minute I saw them I was so impressed as the items looked more beautiful now then when they were purchased. Betty Brite and staff are professional, kind, and reasonable in price. Dry cleaning, alterations, and steaming is an art that Betty Brite does with brilliancy.
