Why do we love certain books? Movies? Music? Restaurants? Do we always remember the plot? Nope. But we definitely remember the people...good or bad, we remember the people and how we were affected by them. And, there's the hook.I have been with the Lake Serene Bartell Drugs pharmacy and inside-store for over ten years and cannot say enough nice things about their people, with their personalized care, thoughtfulness and well-educated professionalism. Even when I'd moved to Gold Bar for half a year, I intentionally kept my business with this specific Bartells because of the way their people handled my health and overall well-being. I trust their work and truly appreciate that they go above and beyond to ensure my health needs are accurately and kindly met. Thank you, Lake Serene Bartells People, for always, always, always having my best interests in mind.

To ensure a good experience...when the pharmacy's automatic phone ordering system cites your order "will be ready after X time," eg 10:30 am, pick it up in another 2 hours to ensure it's done. It's NOT staff's fault the automatic ordering system's timing is inaccurate...the timing is preset by corporate but is not synced with Year 2023's multiple closures of other local Aid/Bartell's that were added to this store's customer base. The increased the workload of this pharmacy IS likely overworked or understaffed at times while, at the same time, the phone's time line is inaccurate. My prescriptions were transferred to here from a closed store, and I've found this pharmacy AND general store are okay and plan to continue shopping here in the future.

Staff are to the point, but pretty professional. Kyle, the pharmacist, is very knowledgeable about meds and interactions. There are only 2 people who are rude in the pharmacy. However the rest of the staff are amazing. Overall, 5 stars. Ty for great service for my family for 15 years!Ty,Heather

This is a rating for management and not the staff. Please work on delivering prescriptions on time as promised. I was promised that my prescriptions will be ready by 3:30, its been 1hr of me waiting for it and hence writing this review.To the others, consider choosing a different pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions.

Medication is crucial to ones survival especially when it is medication for well being and quality of life I feel nowadays the CARE should be removed from health care done right the 1st time is not the scope of practice here they will continuously mess up and not be compassionate, friendly, nor considerate to customers/patients needs. Taking 6= hours to fill a prescription when they have a pill counter it is out right ludacris they way they are doing business I recommend going anywhere else your insurance allows shop where you are appreciate profit is all they are about helping other and just showing an ounce of humanity is not happening here it is disheartening the way they treat customers/patients I do this for the people to inform my community of wrong doing stay aware go elsewhere if enough people stand for anything these practices will continue start supporting business' that support you.

Stopped in for a few last minute Christmas things, the cashier was super friendly with everyone and even wished them all a merry Christmas. While I was waiting in line he stared at me a few times, when it was my turn to check out he snorted and looked super uncomfortable the whole way through. He didn’t wish me a merry Christmas, and acted as if he didn’t want to interact with me period. I went back in to speak to someone about my experience, turned out he was a manager.

Bartells staff is super friendly, and about it. Always slow, the pharmacy is always behind, sometimes days. The drivethrough can be a 15 minute wait for one car to move. Why do you not have people pull off to the side and help those who have their meds ready?Also telling clients meds will be ready one day and then having to wait an extra 2 days. Sometimes due to low stock which is fair, and other times due to being slow. Just be honest.

Made appointments for vaccines and the young woman checking us in either didn't check us in at all or the online appointment schedule doesn't work. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment to be told it would be another 20 minutes. It looked as if they hadn't checked me in but I don't know. Either way, I quit picking up my prescriptions here because it's always a zoo behind that counter with folks running around stressed out, which I understand, but waiting 40 minutes for a flu shot even with a pre-booked appointment (and a Half dozen text messages and emails from the automated system reminding me so) I'd had hoped to be seen within a reasonable amount of time.

Last week I went into the pharmacy to get more antibiotics, and since there's been an endless estrogen shortage I didn't even think to ask if they'd gotten any, then the lady oddly asks if I had gotten my estrogen. I'd never dealt with her before, so it was strange she'd have asked. I then asked if they'd gotten any in because I've been out for over a month, and she didn't say anything and just stood there. Didn't even check her computer. felt like she was making a passive aggressive statement. My GF called the very next day on my behalf, they had it in stock, go figure.

This review is for myself as a long standing (North Lynnwood) Bartell Drugs Pharmacy customer and also for two of my family members that I assist on occation. Compared to other pharmacies, this one is standout! The determining factor is Head Pharmasicist Kyle. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers and their special needs and requests. Kyle makes all the difference. Although Rite-Aid purchased Bartells in 2020, by comparison this location remains stellar! Injections (flu shots) are quick and easy. In and out. The staff seems to make a special effort to offer the best speedy customer service. Last year there was a guy who had a bad attitude waiting on customers. His abrupt approach hindered a smooth running operation. Happily, is is no longer a factor to try to avoid. In addition, this is one of the few remaining outlets that sell Soda Stream replacement CO2 canisters. The retail store, although costly, is customer friendly. The pharmacy staff helps customers with over the counter items and recommendations. If you have a unique need, such as a liquid form of a medication, the staff can make recommendations from prescriptions to stocked items on the shelf. This can be an invaluable service they are willing to take the time for you.

I experienced a very bad customer service and racism from a pharmacy staff, the old long hair white lady with glasses. I went to pick up my prescription though the drive thru service, and waited for at least 10 mins, and no one came to the window. I then pressed the call button, and someone said “be right there”, but after another 6 mins, nobody still came in to the window, so I pressed the button again as to I wonder if someone will attend to me or not? Then, she came to the window, and didn’t even say anything like “thank you for waiting”, or anything like that! Just looked at me like I’m in the wrong here, and said “name”? No greeting, no nothing, zero customer service! Then, she could not find my prescription. And, I have to do a new refill there, and she said it’ll take half an hour which is fine as I did miss the pick up time and this is the first time I had this situation. Then, I said okay - I’ll come in the store! When I approached the counter, just to make sure if she got all the information she needed, and before I said anything, she yelled “I told you, it’s half an hour!” I was like stunned and couldn’t say much, and just said “oh, I thought you might need my information or something”.. and, I saw her talking very nicely to all the white customers, and even laughed and greeted them very friendly on the window drive through, and she attended them very promptly. Just because I’m not a white person, you don’t have to disrespect and disregard me. I feel disgusted of her behavior especially when you’re working in a service retail industry. Just very unpleasant experience in this Bartell store, and rude to your customer. I won’t be back to this store ever again! Mark my words.

I came in to buy a bottle of vodka for a party I was attending and a very hateful old white man named Jim with glasses and an ugly moustache called me an alcoholic. I do drink now and again but was sober at the time and did not deserve this judgement from this teetotaling angry creepy nut. I'm changing pharmacies and will never go back.

Called for a prescription that was transfered from another store.Very rude customer service, did not offer any help to look up further information and was very short and unhelpful answers. If I can avoid it I will not use them again. Did not evensay hello or how are you doing.
