Good size store, strange arrangement and selection though. Things were not where I expected them and some books were not in their section but were on a random featured table.

It was nice. They had the books I was looking for. Starbucks was offering people to try their cookies. But the help desk never had people available there and most of the time the staff that are there act like they don't see or hear you. I would say if you are looking for a Pacific book then look online and then go into the store, because the staff won't help you find it.

Bought way too many books but it’s because I love this place, i bought a dawn of a fallen night and got a discount because of rewards from premium membership

Thankfully they still have some discount priced books. The coffee shop always has tasty cookies.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and it's clean and well lit. The prices are what you would expect from a Barnes and Noble. The only reason my review isn't higher is that the store is very difficult to navigate. Every section is formed of shelves that form little hidden alcoves. Since there's no overhead signage to indicate what area is what, the only way to find what you're looking for is by systematically moving from area to area or asking for help. I asked for help; I was fully lost looking for the craft books.
I half expected a minotaur. Next time I'll bring a ball of thread with me.
